I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Perfume Shop in Liverpool One! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Mell, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit special.

Her product knowledge was incredible, she guided me through the fragrances with such enthusiasm and patience, helping me find the perfect scent without ever feeling rushed. Mell’s warm personality and attention to detail truly turned a simple shopping trip into a five-star experience.

It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and sincere these days, but Mell delivered it effortlessly. I left the store not only with the perfect perfume but with a smile that lasted the rest of the day.

Really nice vibe on entering happy smiling eager staff was served by Jen and I don’t think there was anything she didn’t know about the perfume shop products. Will certainly be back for all the girls Christmas presents and prob myself something else. Really pleasant all round experience

Ben in your Liverpool one store was unbelievably helpful with me yesterday, making sure I got exactly what I needed at the best price, he even contacted another local store to make sure I was catered for and I left feeling really happy and upbeat after my interaction with him
Give the guy a raise he’s customer service is unmatched 10/10

Friendly helpful shop staff ordered the aftershave for us as we were going away on holiday and it arrived the day after we came back. Perfect

I can always get my perfume from TPS and they give me great rewards when I buy it from them, Vouchers with money off etc, I never buy from anywhere else, they also deliver to my workplace or offer collection from store which is so easy.

My perfume was easy to order as I don’t usually shop online as I’m a bit anxious in case I do it wrong plus I got 20% off my order and it came a day earlier than expected so I’m one happy customer.

Very friendly staff and helped me place my order thank you the perfume staff
