I visited The Perfume Shop store 00109
I visited The Perfume Shop in Livingston (Store 109) and wanted to recognise two members of staff who made my experience exceptional firstly, Aurora, who served me on this visit, couldn't have been more helpful she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, I never felt rushed, even though all the other shops had already closed she stayed patient, smiling throughout, and made the whole experience enjoyable i also recognised another member of staff, Fin, who helped me on a previous visit back in May she was equally fantastic, with excellent knowledge of fragrances and the same warm, welcoming attitude together, Aurora and Fin make a brilliant team, in a time when great customer service can be hard to find, they both went above and beyond, there professionalism, product knowledge and genuine care for customers really stood out i sincerely hope The Perfume Shop knows what an asset these two are, because they are a huge credit to the company, they made what could have been a simple shopping trip a genuinely memorable experience
Thank you both I look forward to shopping with you again.

Went to the store in livingston today as the fragrance store hadn't prepared my order.
The ladies in store helped me get what I needed and gift wrapped it for me too.

You are selling perfumes with free gifts. Unfortunately the free gifts are not available.
Very bad bussiness practice. If you saying the perfume is with free gift than it has to be with free gift.
