The Perfume Shop - Manchester 43 レビュー

Honestly customer relation and the way I was treated in your shop by Amina absolutely profession, and believe me she's a credit to the company, Manchester Arndale store

Sam was very helpful, I was able to get a new perfume and I absolutely love it. Thanks again Sam I will be shopping here again!

Sam gave us an amazing experience and patiently presented beautiful fragrances to us with a bright smile on his face.

Abi was incredibly helpful even after me asking 2000 questions - thank you for making this an easy purchase

I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted but not 100% sure. I’ve been looking for my signature scent for a while now and Sam (I believe that was his name, I am so sorry if i got it wrong!!!) been an absolute gem and helped me find THE perfect perfume. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Given it’s only our lil Arndale TPS, it was a very luxurious experience shopping there today!

Thanks so much :)

Sam was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales advisor. Gave us a selection of scents based on previous purchases and history. Found 2 that were ideal for me. Not pressured. Just good service.

Sam is an excellent sales. He provides very good service and quick responds from what I’m asking about the product, very helpful informations, very nice shopping experience at The Perfume Shop.

Was a bit lost in buying the right product but SAM THE MAN was very helpful. Perfect staff member who is very kind and helpful. You’re a star SAM 😎

Amazing, the perfume is so amazing, smells lovely, the delivery is fast and efficient . I’m happy I bought it

Went in today sam approached me, what a delightful experience i had, very knowledgeable, customer service was excellent, not pushy, not over selling but advising and reccomending different options as i didnt know what to go for, after suggesting a quite a few we found the right fragrance for me, sure will be back as the experience was amazing

I wouldn’t give a one star. Ordered a perfume for a birthday and had to chase it up after the 7days to be told sorry it’s been lost and will get a refund in three days. Disgraceful behaviour I thought better of this company. Won’t use again the person who replied to me was just yeah sorry. Now I have to wait for my refund. Not happy at all
