You also had twenty percent off at the time
And that enabled my husband a senior citizen to buy it for my wedding anniversary.

My Review of The Perfume Shop and Its Customer Service in the shop
As someone who has spent a considerable amount of money at The Perfume Shop over the past year, I was disappointed with the customer service I received.
I found some of the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming, which made my shopping experience less enjoyable. I believe that good customer service is just as important as the products being sold, and customers should feel welcomed and valued when they spend their money in-store.
On my recent visit, I purchased a large advent calendar for £99. The box was quite bulky, and as I still had other shopping to do in the shopping centre, carrying it around was difficult. I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a bag or a wrapping service, I had to ask if I could have a bag and was just handed one and they could not even be bothered to open it or help me get it in the bag or even asked whether I needed any assistance.
Having spent so much money with The Perfume Shop over the last year, I used to enjoy going there finding new perfumes and buying all my family perfumes for Christmas and birthday I expected a more welcoming, helpful and professional experience. Unfortunately, I felt that the customer service let the shop down to the point I would not want to return
I understand that every store has its own policies, but politeness, helpfulness and making customers feel appreciated should always be a priority.
This is my honest opinion based on my own experience. I hope The Perfume Shop takes this feedback on board, as better customer service would make a real difference to the shopping experience.i also feel like after reading some of the reviews on here the perfume shop only reply,s to the positive reviews not the negative reviews

Excellent service
Visited The Perfume Shop at Merry Hill this evening with my wife.

When we entered the store we were greeted very warmly and Georgia and Steph were really polite and friendly the whole time we were there.
They helped us buy the right scents for us and nothing was any trouble.
