The Perfume Shop - Northampton 227 レビュー

Steph, in Northampton was not only lovely, personable and helpful but helped me to create a special moment with the personalised ribbon for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The perfume was a present but the real surprise what was written in the ribbon revealing a trip to Paris. Steph really made the experience of shopping lovely but that energy carried through.Thankyou !

I was served by Steph and she helped me pick out the perfect scent for my step dad and also gave us some samples to take home, lovely experience.

Ayush sales man is very polite and he helped to search a best perfume for me

Excellent service and genuinely lovely Ayush at Northampton branch!
We had such a warm and welcoming experience. He wasn’t just another salesperson trying to make a sale — he was genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we were looking for and give us the best advice.

His warmth and friendliness made us feel more like family than customers. It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much care into the customer experience.

Thank you for the fantastic service and honest advice. Highly recommended! 🌟

We visited the Perfume Shop at Northampton. It was to get a last minute present for a birthday, the gift was wrapped brilliantly and you could see a lot of effort was made to ensure it was exactly as we needed. We were served by Steph at the store. Would highly recommend for anyone who is into their perfumes or need gifts.

Excellent service from Adina! She always takes the time to understand my preferences and has helped me choose perfumes on numerous occasions. I would like to thank Nadiir and Ashraful as they have helped me find the right perfume for me and they have been so crucial to help me find a perfume suited to me.

Nadiir and Ash helped me pick out two perfumes I really liked the smell of, and their hospitality and kindness was amazing. Pat on the back lads

I was looking for some gifts the other day and I had no I what I wanted, buying perfume for people is usually very difficult. This was until I wondered into the Northampton store and I met two of the most lovely people, I believe their names were Ash and Adeena.

Not only did they help me to find long lasting designer perfume at a reasonable price, they also took the time to give me advice and teach me new things that changed how i think about gift giving.

On top of this, they wrapped these perfumes for free and gave me free mini samples to go with this. I’ve never had an experience like this in retail so I will definitely be coming back.

I can’t thank them enough!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Northampton Town Centre, and I wanted to give a special thank you to Ash and Adina for their exceptional customer service.

When I walked into the store, Ash immediately asked how he could help. I explained that I was looking for two different men’s fragrances, but wanted them to have completely different notes and personalities. Ash was incredibly knowledgeable about perfumes and suggested a fantastic variety for me to try. I was genuinely impressed by how much he knew about the different fragrances, notes and what would suit what I was looking for.

One small detail that really stood out to me was that, every time Ash gave me a sample to test, he wrote the name of the perfume on the back of the paper. I have never had someone do this before, and it was incredibly helpful! I usually end up forgetting which sample is which, so this made the whole experience much easier and showed such great attention to detail.

After Ash helped me choose the two perfumes, his manager, Adina, finished the experience by beautifully wrapping them for me. She was also lovely and professional, and together they made what could have been a simple shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Ash is a true credit to The Perfume Shop. His knowledge, patience, attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It is clear that he takes pride in what he does and cares about giving customers a great experience.

Thank you so much, Ash and Adina! I will definitely be returning to this branch and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help choosing a fragrance.

Adina made the shopping very comfy and satisfying

We visited today intending to buy just one perfume, but Adina made the experience exceptional. She was calm, friendly, and incredibly patient, taking the time to help me choose without rushing me at all. Her polite and relaxed approach made the shopping experience so enjoyable that we ended up buying two perfumes instead of one. We will definitely be visiting again—and probably check if Adina is there before we go!

I ve been there today and I ve meet a romanian lady , and she was really nice and treat me well. Not rude as others or in any rush.
