Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry that the product you were looking for was unavailable at our Perth store and that this meant you had to place your order online instead.
While we always aim to have a wide range of fragrances available across our stores, unfortunately individual store stock can vary and certain products or sizes may sell out.
Where an item isn't available in store, our team may also be able to arrange a Store to Door order, subject to online stock availability, so the product can be ordered for you in store and delivered directly to your chosen address.
We appreciate that having the product available locally would have been more convenient and apologise for any disappointment caused.

As I was buying for someone else I needed help and advice. I was served by Naila. She was so patient, helpful, p
leasant and friendly. I was not rushed and when I didn't like the perfumes she just kept going until she found one that I liked. She gift wrapped the perfume for me and it was put in a lovely little gift bag. Naila also pointed out the personalised ribbon which, at £1.99 was a lovely addition to the gift and finished it off beautifully.
Naila is a credit to your company. I hope you appreciate just how good she is at the job.

They told me about the personalised ribbon and wrapped everything to make it an extra special gift. I had an email about an offer, but when I went into the shop, they didn't have it, but they checked to see if I could have it delivered instead so I got my 150ml viva est belle perfume. Great service from Perth branch.

Came in to the Perth store for an aftershave for my husband. Naila was very helpful and gave us a range of samples to smell. Although we ended up with his usual choice, she was still very friendly and made our experience a lovely one. So refreshing to see good customer service.

Lovely Service
I walked into my local Perfume Shop to check if they had a perfume in stock and I was greeted by Naila who was full of life, very bubbly and extremely helpful. She let me try the perfume and signed me up for Rewards Scheme. She put a smile on my face and had lovely customer service.
