I ordered Jimmy Choo perfume online; this also included samples two samples of perfume from a small selection. My order arrived within the advertised delivery timeframe and there was two additional samples of perfume also included. Great service.

Just been in to the Redditch shop as looking for a new perfume as I’m really fussy, I only like sweet and fruity and have struggled to find one . A girl called inaya I think her name is was absolutely fab! So helpful . She recommended all the perfumes that would suit me and spent time with me selecting . Sprayed them on a card and wrote the names on. She recommended I wait for it to settle on my skin of my top 2 for 20 minutes and she was so right and I finally found a fragrance I love !

Matt gave excellent customer service and was really helpful to help me find what I needed in store today.

Great customer service.

Matt & the Redditch team are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable the scents I go for so that makes an amazing tailored experience

Popped into the Redditch kingfisher store and was helped by Matt. He was so incredibly helpful and patient as we had no idea what we wanted. Walked out very happy customers!

Matt was fantastic, he was very patient and helped me find the exact fragrance I wanted, as it needed to compliment a branded body wash. He also helped me find a great deal on the fragrance too. Matt’s customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time.
