I went in to find a new perfume, Katie was really helpful. I explained what type of fragrance I didn’t like & she found me a couple to choose from, I ended up buying 2 perfumes & all got 20% off. So I was very happy. It’s nice to see staff actually helping customers.

I visited the shop looking to buy a perfume, but I wasn’t sure what to choose. Zita, a very helpful, friendly, and patient salesperson, welcomed me and suggested a variety of perfumes for me to try. She patiently guided me through the selection process, helping me find the perfect fragrance for me.

It was a pleasure to receive such professional and helpful service. Leah did an amazing job with wrapping my perfume.

I visited the trafford centre perfume shop on Saturday 16th August I was greeted by a young lady named Amy I asked for Chanel Allure Sensuelle she knew exactly where was in the shop and brought both sizes to me. I picked the 100 mil she then asked if i wanted it gift wrapped with my wifes Name on in gold i said yes please.
Now i have worked in retail for the last 20 years and have to say Amy is a credit to your company and your shop in the trafford centre so please say a massif Thank You from me.
