Super polite and quick service, thank you very much Maleehah.

It’s my first time here in Leeds, the cashier was very nice and helpful. It was a quick process between picking out the perfume and paying, also deciding between getting it gift wrapped or not. I am very happy with my experience.

I'm thrilled with my purchase from the perfume shop today! The staff were knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect scent. The quality of the perfume is amazing, and the packaging is beautiful. Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amelia & jodie were absolutely fantastic! Love their amazing personalities and customer service! They know their knowledge for the best perfume tailored to you. I will only be coming to them for my perfumes, thank you very much!

Went into the trinity store, was served by two lovely ladies Jodie and Macy who were both very helpful . The service received from these two ladies was fantastic they went above and beyond to help me find the right perfume. Both are a credit to the store they didn’t once rush me and were more then happy to help

Opted for express collection as was on a tight timeline, didn't arrive and instead went in standard, been waiting for them to cancel the order as it's ready to collect and they are still unable to do this. I'm expected to wait 2 more weeks for it to be considered uncollected and then refunds processed which takes another 14 days. 1 month of waiting for something that should have arrived next day but instead chose to arrive after I'd left for holiday. Won't bother using again.

Jayden was absolutely amazing – super friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what to recommend. Made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Thank you!
