If I could give 7 stars, I genuinely would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Martha. After wearing Chanel fragrances for many years, I decided I wanted to move away from what I knew and try something completely different.
Martha was authentic, warm, patient and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fragrance rather than simply making a sale. Even though the shop floor was busy, she somehow managed to make me feel that I had her full attention and that what I was looking for genuinely mattered.
I think it is also worth mentioning that I have visited other branches and competitors, so my review is based on comparing this experience with the level of service I have received elsewhere. Martha genuinely stood out.
She took the time to understand what I was looking for and introduced me to two fragrances that I probably would never have considered myself. Both work beautifully with my skin and were completely outside the choices I would normally have made. That, to me, is the difference between someone simply selling perfume and someone who really understands their customer.
Thank you, Martha, for such a lovely experience.
And to any managers reading this: please recognise Martha. In my opinion, she isn't simply an employee — she is an asset to The Perfume Shop and exactly the kind of person who makes a customer want to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Lady was very attentive and very helpful. She was fantastic in calling Customer service to make sure my delivery goes to the right address, meaning my address. Because the Computer system in the shop had messed up the arrangement of my home address. She was polite, friendly and professional. Really great Customer service overall. She deserves a promotion and a nice increase in her salary. Such a lovely young Lady.
