Ordered a paddle from the easy to use site and paddle was delivered as promised. What was truly outstanding was how it was packaged - absolutely fantastic and in a manner that ensured the paddle could not be damaged. Meanwhile overjoyed with the product.

Contacted them over an issue and they reassured me that should the issue worsen they would assist me anyway they can. They also issued a partial refund off there own back as a gesture. Truly decent of them.

Excellent customer service and resolution
Great experience with the pickleball store. The packaging was excellent, and my order arrived much faster than I expected. I had a minor issue with my order, but Lloyd responded quickly and resolved it immediately. Excellent customer service, and very happy with how he dealt with the issue.
I will definitely be purchasing my future pickleball equipment from this store without any hesitation. Highly recommended!
