It’s definitely worth it.
Yes you will be out of your comfort zone but I can promise you that you will feel so much better at the end of it. John is a wonderful tutor and it’s a very supportive environment. I’m really glad I did it, even though I felt like backing out (because of my fear). It’s given me a fresh perspective going forward and definitely given me more confidence. I would honestly recommend this course to anyone.

A great day! John was super helpful and I think almost everyone in our group had a breakthrough! If there’s one take away it’s just to be conscious of being conscious. Quite often we’re not in the present and this is what causes most of our fears.

John was fantastic and had the ability to make us overcome our fears and anxiety. His course goes further and breaks down barriers removing negativity from our inner voices, a deep dive into how to control our inner fears and control them. Not only did I learn public speaking tools I left with a positive forward thinking attitude.

I fully enjoyed the course, John made me feel at ease from the start, he created a very encouraging and supportive environment. The people in the group were lovely, there were 8 of us which I think was just the right number, everyone had a lot of speaking practice which included fun activities. I found it liberating speaking in front of the group. John is very funny, kind and intelligent and I very much enjoyed his anecdotes. He treated us all as equals and gave us all constructive feedback, his passion for public speaking and belief that everyone has a right to speak radiated through. I have told several people about the course and I would recommend it to anyone.

John was excellent ! Small cohort and he made everyone feel comfortable and confident in their own abilities. The whole day was packed with interactive exercises and there wasn't even a second where I didn't feel fully engaged.

Not merely a course - a journey! John pushes you out of your comfort zone - from minute one. He digs into the subconscious barriers to what is holding you back in speaking in public - and deftly plants technique and tricks to overcome those barriers. Awesome!

As most people joining the course, I was nervous and had my doubts: the idea of talking about myself in front of a group of strangers for a whole day was quite daunting. However, I found the day to be very enriching; John’s course is well organised and he creates a supportive environment which made me excited to get out of my comfort zone and present in front of the others in my group, and sad to have to stop!

I booked this course as I needed help with interview, presentation and speech nerves. The beating heart, shaky voice and paralysing panic was costing me jobs, and my dignity.

John's one day course changed all of that.

I gave a presentation today, and had zero nerves, no shaky voice and no panic. I actually throughly enjoyed speaking in front of the group. Afterwards, everyone said it was an excellent presentation and that they really enjoyed listening to me.

This change happened in one day. John's curated tips, techniques and approach did this.

I look forward now to continue working on his guidance, and growing professionally, personally and enjoying more presence in my own life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was anxious before signing up, but after chatting with John he put my mind at ease and I am so glad that I went. An excellent public speaking course would highly recommend

Highly recommend this course. I have always found public speaking difficult. I learned invaluable lessons from John. Being authentic and finding my own true voice was what I took most from the day. I found parts of the day really challenging and surprised myself with how I spoke by the end of the day. I gave a public talk three weeks after this course and I feel what I learned with John made the talk a great success.

It’s clear John is highly knowledgeable and has masses of experience regarding public speaking. This course is great for anyone looking to address their anxieties and fears when speaking in front of groups. I’m glad I went on this course, and I will take the advice and lessons with me for a long time.

Worth every penny! John was fantastic and really drilled into the mindset of breaking through a fear. I’m sure the lessons learned on the course will stick with me for life.

I was tempted by the price and also other reviews on TrustPilot, as, from my experience, the reviews are fairly accurate.
Well, what an experience!
Our coach, John, made us feel so at ease. The full day was taken up with great trusted methods for gaining self confidence and useful advice. We were able to put into practice what we had learned.
All in all, I can’t rate this course highly enough.

Giving presentations can be a very daunting experience. Approaching how you prepare can be a hit and a miss - what do you focus on, how do you combat nerves, how do you shut down the voice of criticism in your head - we all know and have gone through these and lots more. This course puts all that into perspective and give you a blueprint for success. We all have it in us to present in a professional manner, we just need John to pull it out of us. I totally recommend this course, enjoyed every minute and I put my learnings into practice each and every day since. Thank you John!

John's course was transformative. It gave practical tips on public speaking, feedback on a speech and tips and tricks on how to prepare physically and mentally for doing a speech.
