Scam website selling poor quality items

I bought a luxe two piece pant suit on sale / the material is cheap, see/through and the sizing is way off. I tried to return, but they don’t acknowledge the request because it was bought on sale. This is a dodgy supplier.
Please avoid - they are scamming buyers

Horrible quality! Do not buy from this company. The outfit I received was nothing like the online image. Plus took forever to arrive as they ship straight from china !

Interesting buying experience…looks…

Interesting buying experience…looks like a nice conscious website, however quality on arrival is quite poor and not equivalent to cost.
Delivery was long and although being an ‘Australian’ brand, tracking started in china, Nebraska US. And then finally to Australia.
I wouldn’t say the clothing is bad, it’s pretty and I would definitely wear them, but probably would find an easier experience buying from a known brand and get quality for cost.
I wish I could add pictures of the tracking…it did amuse me somewhat.

The item of clothing looks nothing like…

The item of clothing looks nothing like the advertised version. The buttons on the shirt are completely different, the quality of fabric is awful, it was see through. Very disappointing. I was refused a refund & they denied it was different to the advertised version. DO NOT buy through them!!

Please be aware of this business. It is a ghost store misleading many customers to believe their products are what the website shown. They claimed to be an Australian business which they are not. They have no physical contact number or a legit ABN.

I'm very disappointed with my recent…

I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase. The outfit I received bears little resemblance to the product image online. The quality is seriously lacking: the zipper is poorly sewn, the fabric joins don't meet correctly, the buttonholes are unfinished, and the garment is unhemmed. Additionally, the elastic in the waistband feels very flimsy. While I acknowledge I could have checked reviews, the discrepancy between the advertised product and what arrived is unacceptable.

Really disappointed with my order

Really disappointed with my order. The skirts aren’t even heamed, there is a seem right down the middle with mis matched patterns and to wear it, I have to put the zipper on the side for it to look any way reasonable. There are cotton strings hanging off all over the garment and the second shirt is much the same. I didn’t know I was buying off shein or Temu!

Customer Service is amazing

Emails answered in a timely manner. Customer service is great and very helpful. I have bought a number of items from Pureboho, the tops generally fit okay but the pants for me are way too big in a small. So check for measurements if possible. Delivery can take awhile. Will continue to buy from pureboho as they have beautiful clothes.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. They are not an Australian company and you are not protected. Don't buy from these people. The products are terrible and they will not refund or exchange - incredible in 2025! This is a scam. Stay away. Wish I had read the reviews first! Fancy website, but cheap quality clothing from China and at retail Australian pricing. I ordered a 'white' lace shirt but it was yellow and coarse like twine. I also bought a dress that fits me like a tent. They said their store was in Australia, however it's shipped from China, and it took over two weeks to arrive and next to no updates on status of order, and credit card charge was in the UK. Don't shop here. I don't know how they are not banned from operating in Australia. Just type in Boho pure in google and you will see how many other people have gotten scammed. You get sucked in by the lovely photos and their positioning themselves as an Australian company. It's a lie. Just cheap factory products. All the responses are eloquently written by a supposed Customer Service Agent called Clara - more like an AI generated response. I'm sure the same agent Clara will respond to this review and sugar coat a response at how sorry they are that I am dissatisfied bla bla bla. I will write this review wherever possible until they are banned. It's so wrong and unfair. We work hard for our money and these jokers think they have the right to cheat honest people. Such a regrettable purchase.

... as expected, the reply I received to this review posted yesterday is just another copy and paste. Clara, you say to get in touch with you, but I already have. You asked me to take photos of the items of me wearing the items to show my claim that they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the photos on your website and I have sent them to you, and you say you sympathise that I am disappointed BUT you are refusing to refund me. The photo clearly shows how different the product is to your photo.
If you want to truly offer me a great experience, then refund my order because the 'lace crocheted shirt' is not lace but a horrible coarse and yellow twine like a fish net! The dress is a giant tent and different colour on the lower part of the dress.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Top was slow to arrive and didn’t arrive in time for my holiday. When I got back I opened the package to find it had huge rips in the underarms on both sides, and also down the seams on the sides. It was clearly very cheaply made and had threads coming out everywhere. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos, and at first they said there was no problem, before agreeing there was. They asked if I wanted a replacement or store credit. I said neither, that I wanted a refund. Then they said that they wouldn’t refund me because I contacted them longer than three weeks after delivery. I explained that I was away but they don’t care. They clearly are doing everything they can to keep my money. So dodgy. The item didn’t even look much like in the ad.

I have been ripped off

I wish I had seen this site before I was sucked in by the lovely looking website.
I ordered an item which was advertised as linen cotton blend.
I then received an email from the site stating that it was not actually cotton or linen, but infact Polyester. I advised I would rather a refund as it's not suitable for my trip to SE Asia. I was offered to choose something else but I said I would rather a refund. After multiple emails it was agreed I would receive a refund.....Then radio silence. No refund and no replies to my emails. I am being ignored.
Extremely disappointed and feel totally ripped off. Pure Boho, please do the right thing before I dispute the credit card transaction

Don't buy- read reviews!!

Wish I had read the reviews first! Cheap Temu quality clothing for normal retail prices. The 'white' lace was yellow and so coarse. Sizing was terrible and the return was going to cost $30 in postage. They said their store was in Australia, however admitted its shipped from overseas (AKA China). Disappointing experience, don't shop here.

Total scam from China

Total scam from China. Do not buy from this site. I ordered the satin shirt and top set. Never arrived. Emailed them no answer.
Everything looked legit can't believe I fell for this.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I normally do my due diligence and check reviews from shops I haven’t purchased from before. I’m not sure why I didn’t on this occasion but have learnt my lesson and sharing in the hope it will help others.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I received some of my order but the clothing is terrible quality, the material is falling apart, there is threads hanging off everywhere and couldn’t have cost more than $10 to make an item advertised for $130.

I am now trying to get a refund but after reading the reviews below, I suspect I’ve lost my money.

This company is not ligit.. asked to exchange 3 garments for a different size, they want $94 for shipping??

21/10/25 I have gotten no response.. I want to know why It cost so much to exchange? These garments do not have tags on.. so sizing is shonky

What an absolute second rate crap…

What an absolute second rate crap business. Ordered a top for $70. No confirmation, no postage details. It randomly arrived 2 weeks later in a crappy package. The top itself was far from what it appeared. Looked like a $2 TEMU top in itchy material lookalike lace and didnt fit at all. I am so annoyed at the price for the crap received.
