Had my very first massage with Shelley today and would highly recommend. Friendly, inviting and knowledgable. I left feeling relaxed and the issue I had with my shoulder is immensely better!

I have been a couple of times and recommended to people. Easy to find, staff very friendly, listen well to your problem and are highly qualified and trained. Reasonable prices.

Shaun always makes me feel comfortable and gets to the route of the problem with his ‘magic hands’! Feel so much better after my sports massage - can’t recommend enough 🙌

I came to Hannah after going over on my foot during a netball Game, she was able to tell me more about what I had done to it than the hospital did!!
Over the last 7 months she has helped me with gaining strength,range of motion and stability and getting back to playing netball again with weekly physio sessions.
Im now at a point where I questioned which foot to put my footbrace on before a game haha

Seen Shaun on two occasions regarding neck issues, great service and advice given.

Feeling heard as a patient / client is fundamentally the most important thing. I have returned to the practice following being dismissed with yet more pain killers from the GP and the new magic phrase 'it's just part of menopause'. Well actually while my hip pain might have a contributing factor from menopause, the pain can be relieved naturally and the mobility improved. Mark once again demonstrating that effective understanding, listening and targeting the underlying cause of symptoms means that I am walking more comfortable today. Yes I need follow up treatment, but the improvement today and being able to live well is important. The practitioners within the practice are skilled and knowledgeable and are experienced to make the difference. A Great service and highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Great facilities. Hannah was super knowledgeable and gave great easy to understand explanations of both the cause of the injury and logic behind the rehab plan which made it much easier to believe in and persist with. Awesome massage therapy which helped ease everything up. Will certainly be returning, hopefully with no injury next time!

Excellent place to go if you have any physical issues or just need to help.

I have been taking my 86 year old relation for regular treatment at the Therapy Station. This has included lymphatic drainage and massage to help with the circulation of her legs.

This has helped improve her mobility and general well-being, and enables her to carry on living independently and with a greater confidence.

Would highly recommend, excellent treatments and advice.

Absolutely great. HANNAH WAS LOVELY, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING REALLY WELL IN WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO. SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THE EXCERSISES. WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. SHE'S A CREDIT TO THE PRACTICE.

She listens attentively to my goals, aims and concerns and works through them with me in a compassionate, friendly and non-judgmental manner.
