That was my first purchase in the Sale Lab. My order price tag was really attractive, so I couldn't resist placing it. I have received my order quite fast and it was well packed.
Overall, I will consider to order again from the Sale Lab in the future.

Put things right
I had an issue with refunds at a store that was closing. I have to say the staff were pretty awful in their attitude but perhaps they were losing their jobs due to closure. My negative experience was completely turned around after contacting the head office who gave me a full refund without any difficulty and a 10% discount for a future purchase. Much appreciated.

Bargain prices and fast shipping!
I’d never heard of Sale Lab before, so I was a little hesitant when ordering as the price seemed too good to be true. However, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. 50% off literally means just that.
Rating revised as issue was resolved and refund received. Would have preferred the missing shoe but it wasn't meant to be this time.
Only sent one shoe in a damaged, sellotaped box. This is what they probably meant by saying 50% off.
Now they are refusing to reply to my emails and chats. Utterly disgusting. Will have to open a claim with my credit card provider.

it was a good place but rude staff, if you like self respect dont go there
it was a good place but i felt the workers were racist and bit rude.
Also they don't organize clothes rather than just stand and talk.
One guy was standing and chatting with a girl behind counter for 1 hour. try to get her number or something.
he was rude to the customers. talk and reply rudely and if anyone come to ask something he would find it disturbing. Many customers complaint about him.
I think the other fat lasy is his mother, because as soon as one customer confronted him for being rude. His mother suddenly came to protect him.
Very rude staff..........

5 star Despite a missing button on the garment…
Despite a missing button on the garment I still rate 5 star because I reported it and it was dealt with promptly and professionally
I was also given a part refund of £15 which I felt was generous but an appropriate response to keep me happy and to keep my trust and support for the company. It was my first time to buy and I will be more than happy to look for other tempting items.
