Buyer beware...
This company sells a front-end photography course at $9.95 (and then upsells a video course at $47).
I saw their ad on Facebook and went to their website they state:
"The most advanced Samsung Photography course books!
Presented by a team of dedicated photographers whose main goal is to show people what their Samsungs can do.
- MORE THAN 20,000 DOWNLOADS
- LEARN PRACTICAL SKILLS
- 99% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION..."
Trustworthy right?
Can download your course, yes? (Which is the main reason I bought it: I hate reading stuff online.)
Well, it turns out you can't download the books. All's got to be read online.
It also turns out that the $9.95 is month 1 only. It's a subscription and is $29.95 per month thereafter. (My bad, I didn't read the sales page correctly. It does specify this, in the small print.)
So:
- $9.95 isn't a one-off payment
- You can't download their books (despite their more than 20,000 downloads)
- They don't refund
- Their satisfaction is now 99% -1
Not saying don't buy this, but make sure you read the page to 1) identify misleading claims, and 2) to understand exactly what you are, and are not, getting.
