Old cracked leather car seats look like new. Amazing product. Surprisingly easy to use. So happy with the result !!!
Delivery and ordering easy and quick

Cleaned leather as per instructions, applied dye as per instructions, applied leather conditioner as per instructions which promptly removed previously applied dye and left leather looking exactly like before I started. Good service, terrible product

Delivery was very fast but colour does match even it has the same colour code

I purchased a leather touch up pen to repair damage to one of my car seats. The colour was a perfect match and the result is virtually invisible. A first class product

The product itself seems to be just what I wanted. Scratchdoctor have been let down by their chosen courier - DHL. I was told it would arrive on a Thursday but it didn't. I was then told it would arrive on the Friday. The van driver just posted a "sorry we missed you" card through my letter box then ran away, all in about 30 seconds. I was then told it would arrive on the Monday but instead it was left outside in the rain sometime on Saturday. Terrible service, and if Scratchdoctor want to improve their score they need to find a better delivery system

Scratch Doctor were great the first time I used them, they combined 2 orders into 1 to reduce postage with no trouble at all.
The third order left their premises at 1600 on a Friday arriving at a main sorting office nearby at midnight. I was notified the delivery would be 0800-1200 on Monday. Close to the promised 48 hours and acceptable. Parcel arrived at my local sorting office, Chelmsford,on Sunday morning, great. On Monday tracking showed it on way to Midlands main post office ??? OnTuesday tracking showed it on the way back to Chelmsford. Delivered Wednesday morning.
I would give Scratch Doctor 5 stars except for the Post Offices incompetance.
Their products are simple to use, effective with good back-up videos on YouTube. Highly recommend.

I followed step by step instructions to sand, prep, fill and paint the leather sofa, then applied top coat layers and it worked out great. I couldn't get the exact cream colour paint so mixed light grey with light cream until it was right, for anyone who is used to doing gel nails (or seeing them done) it's a very similar process :)

Other than a bit of a wait for delivery, I found the alloy wheel repair kit very good, the primer/filler took out the deep kerb dents and then the paint went over really well after I had sanded the filler down, I haven’t yet put the lacquer on but it’s already looking really good. Would definitely recommend, I also now believe it does say allow 10 days for delivery, I never see that before.

I ordered a bottle of leather dye in a cognac-like color with the happy thought of repainting the seats in my car. It has now been over a week, and I still haven't received any update on my order beyond a receipt. I also can't log in to the site; it says I don’t have an account. No link has been sent so I can track my order. I feel very disappointed and worried because this was the only thing I could afford to treat myself to this month in a tight budget.

Leather sofas looking jaded and in need of upgrade. Saw the reviews on this product thought would give it a punt. Best decision ever made regarding the sofas. Product absolutely smashed it and colour was bonzer looks like sofas have another few years. Friends want to know what this magic cream is and I have told them.

Really great wax was a great repair for my dark red car seats.

I ordered Tan all in one leather dye to dye a car interior. However after I had prepped the surfaces (I know how to do this as I've bought a kit from them in the past) the dye hasn't seemed to do anything. It just puts a glaze of sorts over the leather, and no colour seems to apply.

The sponge I used to apply the product also has not dried with the dye in it as I forgot to clean them out, leading me to believe there is too much water in the product.

I am so pleased with my purchase, I bought too big a size of the colour dye though 250 ml , but I thought I might have to cover all the 3 piece suite if it didn’t match and it does go a long way with a sponge.
Our leather 3 piece suite is 15 years old but the settee is the only bit that we sit on and use really. The 2 chairs are as new .
I used a 50ml tin covering the cracks in the two bottom panels.
Plus 5 coats of the colour dye.
A small hole in the back of one sofa seat has filled in well too.
Because it is such a dark brown, almost black, I wasn’t sure how good it would be , but I am really pleased with the result. Other patchy bits that weren’t cracked have covered well with the dye too.
I would be happy to review on trust pilot unless you would prefer somewhere I can attach my photos to.

I have a Mercedes with Alpaca coloured leather trim. The bolster area on the driver's seat was looking a little scratched & worse for wear with getting in & out of the car over the years. I read on an MB blog site that they had success using this product, so I thought I'd give it a try.
I bought the 250ml all-in-one product, which was a perfect match for my leather seat. Simply by using a sponge to apply the 'paint' over the damaged area gave a brilliant result. The wear on my driver's seat is no longer noticeable & looks great.
