If there is anything less than 1 star I will give them! Very awful fabric dye it turns an expensive ottoman foot stool into something I can’t even described! Fabric dye is too thin and a total waste of money! The ottoman stools is now useless! To make it worst customer service is the worst I have ever dealt it so unhelpful, inconsiderate and unprofessional! To say I regretted buying from them is an understatement!

Had a great experience in terms of ease of ordering, tracking the delivery, delivered in good time etc. The product is great and a perfect match for my 2020 BMW Z4 Ivory leather seats. I would have given 5 starts except for value for money. Considering the cost the size of the bottle is absolutely minuscule. My first thought was “is that all I get?”. Admittedly it’s more than enough for my needs, a slight touch up but really it’s not good value for money at all.

Ventured into the leather repair world for the first time this year.
Vey frustrating because they listed the correct colour cream fora black & cream Mercedes SLK Interior but listed 2 blacks and it didn't state which one.
Tried to ask questions but non one answers!
Eventually bought both, frustrating as I got a bottle of one thing I didn't need!
Then I tried to do the same with a 2017 Audi Q7 with a mid grey leather interior.
They didn't name the leather colour's and simply listed one as grey for Audi's so I bought it!
Total waste of time as it was as different as black & white.
Product works well!
Supplier is rubbish by comparison!

Update after poor response from the supplier on 05-08-25

The excuses provided by the supplier are generic and untrue.
I tried to call many times and left messages, no response.
I texted and got one generic response over 2 weeks later, that is not acceptable.
The web site offered me no tabs for navigation to a specific Audi colour.
The web site only had codes for 2 different kinds of black leather for a Mercedes SLK and no way of identifying which was correct, so I had to buy both, because of my experience of massively poor communication in connection with first purchase for the cream leather.
I understand it costs a lot of money to man telephones, but a 24 hour response time on a message system suits all companies large & small.
Sorry but its simply not good enough!

Excellent match and worked great for my range rover velar leather upholstery (arm rest area)

Absolutely brilliant product, I bought the recolour kit, it had everything in the kit, cleaner, primer, colour and protector. The cloths and sponges were also really good quality.
Followed the instructions and what a great job! I did my belstaff leather jacket and it looks absolutely amazing, so impressed with the product.
Thanks guys new belstaff for £45 can’t fault it!!!!!

The staff are very helpful and courteous, I was shown several options and found exactly what I was looking for.

3* as it was very easy to order and delivery was very fast.
Unfortunately the product did not work and mould stains still remained on the fabric on the back of my curtains - quite disappointing as it was quite expensive.

Great product, easy to use . Fixed a 10 cm tare in my leather sofa . I chose the darker colour filler than my chocolate brown sofa and it was a reasonable good match .

Placed order on Saturday 19th July paid for tracked 2-3 day delivery I knew it was going to be dispatched over the weekend but on Monday 21st July I received a email saying it had been dispatched and was given the tracking number but here we are on 23rd July and the tracking still hasn’t updated and Royal Mail saying the are expecting it.

I contacted them by email as was told the order was dispatched on Tuesday and that’s why the tracking isn’t updating so why did I receive a email on Monday then saying it was dispatched

Unfortunately if I don’t receive this order by Saturday 26th July then I will have no other option but to report it to my bank as fraud

I received the tracking number on Monday at 08:33 the tracking didn’t update until Wednesday and when it did it read item received at Preston mail centre seems funny how I complain then all of a sudden my order gets received at Preston mail centre stop using excuses when it’s your incompetence that meant the order is now not going to be here until Friday if the order was dispatched on Monday it should have been here latest by Thursday

Initial enquiry was dealt with promptly, pictures were sent so advice could be given as to which products would best suit my needs, after placing my order I was advised of tracking information and order was delivered the following day. After following the application instructions a near on perfect colour match was achieved with a very good finish. All in all a positive experience and would highly recommend the scratch doctor, would definitely use them again. 5 stars fully deserved

I ordered the leather steering wheel repair kit and when it arrived I used it and then found out it was for Grey leather! Not happy as not clearly shown on any paperwork !

excellent delivery service, product is also excellent, I have cleaned and applied the leather dye in my car and the results are great. Will use this company again.

I requested Lotus Yellow colorant for my BMW- whilst it was grey I followed the instructions and kept applying repeted quotes and have ended up with grey front seats not matching the interior. After repeated attempts to try and solve the problem- which I can`t as I am not a professional and could strip it all off -Scrath Doctor are in denial and think grey is light yellow. NEVER AGAIN !

Very quick delivery time on leather repair item, proves that you dont need amazon just a company that gets the job done.
Product its self was 100%, the colour match and application was great. Mercedes Benz Bengal red should of been a tough job.... but after some buffing the repair was flawless. Highly recommend for car Interiors .

I bought a small pot of BMW Dakota ivory white for my BMW Z4 M40i which has Dakota ivory white seats but the colour is too dark and too beige rather than white.
