We are very sorry that you are not happy with the product. We can see that you bought the Glass Repair Compound, however this must be used with a polishing pad and a drill to obtain the desired results. This is normally purchased as a top up to the Glass Repair Kit.

Easy to use and correct colour
Bought to bring a suede leather body warmer back to life and it did just that! It was the exact same colour and so easy to use

Brilliant service and packaging
Brilliant service and packaging, bought a polishing kit and a 2 pack lacquer kit after see car body tutorials on Youtube. Very pleased with everything (been in the trade for decades and have all sorts of let downs, not by these guys!).

Restored black leather sofa
My black leather sofa had scratches which made me feel that it was no good and was contemplating to throw away but the structure and the frame were solid and I had emotional attachment with it as it was generally good and an excellent piece.
I previously googled the scratch Doctor but was skeptic that the products they had would work. How wrong were I, when I bought this product and applied, the sofa is restored and it looks great again. I’ll now save money which I would have spent to replace it. Great stuff, highly recommended and I’ll certainly use the product, it genuinely works.

Leather touch up paint in black
I ordered the 15ml leather touch up paint in black to touch up belts where the paint has come off.
I've not used it yet and will add to my review when I have. Looks as though it will do the job nicely.

Exceeded expectations!
I was ready to throw my 20 year old leather 3 piece suite away. It now has a complete new lease of life and looks great! Worth every penny.

Your item was dispatched using our standard service on 9th and we do ask for 3-5 working days. As the holiday season is upon us, we wanted to kindly remind you that due to increased demand and potential delays with shipping carriers your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. That said it does feel slightly unfair that you have given us 1 star based on Royal Mails performance and not our product. If you have not received your item by Tuesday please let us know and we will kindly issue a replacement.
Revitalise worn leather
Speedy service. The product is doing a good job although the colour isn't quite right but it is a fairly close match. Have used it on one chair so far and it has made a difference.
