Great service and value. Design website could be better

Delivery: Fast.
Customer Service/ Live chat response speed: Fast.
Design Service: Not helpful. The design provided for me was plain text. And the time I spent on writing requirements and change requests was enough for me to design twice. Had to design myself in the end.
Product: not the width I asked for, had to cut manually to fit into the glass. One corner was folded into the sticky side.

After several years we returned to this company to find our last banner advert. Their response and customer service was excellent. The banner offer - 3 for price of 2 - was great value, the banners arrived within days and the first one up has survived this last week of storms and strong winds! Would not go anywhere else for our banners and can thoroughly recommend.

Excellent communication from the company and they offered some great advice too. I'll definitely be dealing with them again in future

Fast, quality i like this services

We didn’t realise that we hadn’t approved the designed but when we did the order came quickly, as we had a strict time frame. Very pleased

My sign was safely delivered and has been installed. My only concern is that it did not come with fixing instructions and I needed to consult a friend to sort it out.

The quality of the graphic is amazing and it went on to the car as promised. Absolutely top quality.

Although I’ve not installed it yet the quality of the image looks better than I expected. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Second time I've used The Sign Builder for my van signage. Online design tool was easy to use. Once order was placed they confirmed the design and I asked for a couple of changes. Arrived with everything as agreed. Easy to fit.

An excellent job well done and delivered in under 24 hours. Unbelievable service -- especially on the eve of the Christmas Bank Holiday.

Love my custom built Parking sign. The quality of the actual plaque is excellent and very hard wearing, and it looks EXACTLY as I designed it on the website. This is the 2nd time ordering bespoke signs from this company and they are brilliant. Top quality, high attention to detail and a quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
