Awful
This is an awful service. I have received inaccurate and misleading generic emails since day one.
After chasing my paid-for order continually for 6 weeks, I finally received a fabricated email last week with a tracking number claiming my order had been shipped and was ready to be delivered - the tracking number turned out to be invalid!. Itâs completely dishonest.
I believe this company must be in such a chaotic state. Fewer and fewer people want anything to do with them and its not surprising considering they take your money and do not deliver... no communication and nothing but endless delays with zero results.
I believe that by consistently shifting the blame on to the pharmacy or Royal Mail for the delays, this company is banking on the idea that people will run out of time, patience and energy and just give up.

I waited over 3 weeks for medication to arrive and half of my order were missing.

Absolutely useless. I ordered on the 7th Jan, had a message 2 weeks later to say there were delays, a week after this I cancelled my order and today I get a message to say itâs been shipped.

Shocking company, they seem to be scamming people. Hopefully anyone who has paid has used their credit card, the bank sorted a credit for me so I was never out of pocket.
I ordered on 30/12, payment for over £500 for 3 mths supply. Alarm bells rang when I hadnât heard back from them in 3 days. I spoke with my friend who had sent me the link, turned out to be the wrong link! Contacted my bank after reading these horrendous reviews. The pharmacy this supplier uses are superb, based in Manchester and are very helpful. I discovered that they were waiting for my order details and allocated stock from the Slimming Clinic, however they were being blamed for the delays; how rude. I wonât name the pharmacy however you will find them named as the outsourced pharmacy in your terms and conditions. Good luck!

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and remember reading that delivery would be within 2 working days! Ever since then itâs been the same message - a short delay at the pharmacy apparently! No pre warning before I ordered that this could happen! Theyâve emailed today saying that thereâs an unexpected issue at the pharmacy! âUnexpectedâ no chance! They just wanted my money! They are now saying it will be shipped this week but from reading the other reviews I wonât hold my breath! I was also blocked on their instagram
