If I could give a 0 I would. At first I had a great experience but I have been waiting since September last year for Mounjaro and still not recieved. Tried to get my money back several times but to no avail. They are scammers!! Take your money and give nothing! I cannot get from other companies now either because I entrusted the Slimming Clinic.
I would recommend Medexpress instead as all I know that have used them have had a fantastic experience.
I am so disappointed and angry that they have taken my money and no product to show for it. Disgusting company and like I said SCAMMERS!!

Very disappointed and have had to raise a grievance after receiving no communication for over a month and at least 10 voicemails. 5 emails and private messages on my account. Will now take my business else where after 20 years who ever functional healthcare are havw ruined this companies reputations avoid at all costs

🤬FINALLY I found a way to reach out!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I order my medication 31/12/25 they took payment so 11 weeks & im still waiting on medication they dont return your calls emails & they have removed my order from my portal so it looks like I havnt order ( thank goodness I screen shot the payment & order detail) I have been with this company for many years but the last 6 months has been a nightmare im now having to contact my bank to get my money back which is a nightmare to get my payment back The Slimming clinic has a duty of care & Are supposed to support you on your weight loss journey but they have just left me in limbo no returned call nouthing they should not b allowed to take payment if they dont have the medication in stock I thought it was just me but im reading all the reviews & it looks like everyone in the last few months havnt recieved medication but have PAID just think of the money the company has taken from us i am very disappointed in the Slimming clinic so if u r thinking of booking with them think twice b 4 handing your money over as u wont get your medication u paid for 🤷♀️many thank from a very honest disappointed costomer

If there were only 4 online clinics to use this would be my 8th choice! Awful customer service, update (either via email, portal or phone). Quite willing to take payment in full then leave the customer dangling with limited, if any contact. I have now been awaiting an answer to an email from a month ago, luckily no money has been parted with. Sadly, I have used this sham in the past...once bitten twice shy. Dreadful. Do not use.
Horrendous service
Horrendous service. Thieves! Scammers, take your money and vanish!!! I still haven’t received my medication which was supposed to arrive in early January!! I had paid for three months’ worth of medication and only received the first month, December. I had been a patient of theirs for years on and off and had always had a positive experience formerly, but things have drastically changed now and it is beyond awful!! Zero response or communication when questioned and have had to involve the bank. Avoid!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an online purchase. The company has taken over £200 from me, and after more than a month I still haven’t received my items. Not one of my messages has been read or responded to, and there isn’t even a telephone number to contact them.
At this point it feels like I’ve been completely ripped off after handing over my money. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this, so I strongly urge people to stay away from this company and purchase elsewhere!

I ordered on the 3.1.2026 and I’m still waiting. I’ve been blocked on instagram and blocked from Facebook. They have stopped replying to my emails. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card and now reported to trading standards!

I cannot recommend this company. Reading the other reviews I feel lucky to have been given medication very late and I had to pester. I am still owed a month. They have stopped sending generic email responses now. I have reported then to their governing body now to be investigated as I believe their practice is not to standard. I have used this company on and off for years without issue but this time has been dreadful.

22 days since this company took my money & still no reply to my messages or delivery of the medication I ordered. Shameful behaviour! How do they have the staff to take the money but not answer the messages or delivery the orders? This is theft, misadvertising & fraud!

If I could give this company a minus star rating I would ordered meds in January and after at least 10 emails sent and no reply have now started proceedings to get my money back.paid for 3 months meds so a large sum of money for me ,I have used this company in the past and never had a problem but it seems the company directors changed in May 2025 and thing have gone down hill since it’s such a shame.

Paid for diet pills late Jan, no sign of my delivery, multiple messages sent by me, occasional generic replies. Reported as a fraud and Chargeback initiated with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Update: got my money back thanks to my bank doing a Chargeback, also I am now blocked from Slimming Clinic's Insta account, they are very quick in deleting any comments left.

I wish could give 0 star. Paid in October still waiting for my medication. Provided fake royal mail tracking nos and worst part is they are still advertising for new clients. Paid with my debit card way over 3months, asked for refund nothing.
If they have problems with the delivery then should refund and it should state on their website, where's cqc and police? They look for online stammer. It's actually worse. It's cqc approved scam.

So disapointed! I have used this company for a number of years, ordered a 3 month supply on 01 Feb 2026 & am still waiting on the order to be 'processed'. I have contacted via message on patient portal, emailed, contacted Facebook & instagram, tried to phone & left a message yet no reply!! They used to be amazing, you coukd speak to someone immediately on the phone and they would be quick to reply & the prescription would arrive within a week at most. Im currently almost £300 out of pocket with no response! Ridiculous!

Ordered 1st of january, replies are same rubbish, bear with them as new pharmacy etc. all refund requests are ignored! Been sent 2 royal mail tracking numbers that have never worked, just unable to confirm status of item! No item i ordered and no refund

29/01/26 I paid £282 to TSC for 3 months of my slimming tablets. I know these tablets work, I’ve used TSC on and off for nearly 15 years. BUT, this time around they have been AWFUL to deal with. If only
I could go back in time to see the other Trust pilot reviews to make myself go elsewhere!!
I was told that there may be a delay due to changing pharmacies, but two weeks of no contact is ludicrous.
I have emailed 4 times, called the number about 30 times and left 2 or maybe 3 voicemails, Ihave messaged them 3+ times on the online portal, live chatted with them but just got an automated response which got me nowhere but in circles, I have messaged them on Facebook messenger about 5 times, posted a query about my meds on a post the posted on Facebook (only to then be blocked and have my comment removed), messaged them on instagram, and then posted a comment on their Instagram post, only for them to go on Instagram and delete my comment !! Ludicrous that you can’t get hold of anyone, and that they block you if you dare speak negative of the company and query something you’ve actually paid for! They won’t keep you updated and you can’t speak to a human.
Going back to February last year when I ordered from them last, they were great, and in past years, brilliant too. What’s happened in the last 12 months?? So many negative TP reviews, and now i understand why. Even the pharmacy that is named on their website said to me that they ceased trading with them in January!! Shame on you TSC! I will be doing a charge back to my card to get my £282 back! Avoid at all costs, just like they avoid customers after taking their money!!
Awful
This is an awful service. I have received inaccurate and misleading generic emails since day one.
After chasing my paid-for order continually for 6 weeks, I finally received a fabricated email last week with a tracking number claiming my order had been shipped and was ready to be delivered - the tracking number turned out to be invalid!. It’s completely dishonest.
I believe this company must be in such a chaotic state. Fewer and fewer people want anything to do with them and its not surprising considering they take your money and do not deliver... no communication and nothing but endless delays with zero results.
I believe that by consistently shifting the blame on to the pharmacy or Royal Mail for the delays, this company is banking on the idea that people will run out of time, patience and energy and just give up.
