Helped me when I accidentally over ordered and gave me product anyway .

I'm not happy with this product so I'm returning the items except the massage brush because I used it.

Delivery was quick. Packaging was good. Product was GREAT! The hair serum works wonders! I had gotten a small patch of hair burnt (don't ask lol) and it left a small bald spot lol I used the serum on that spot and I swear, within a week, baby hairs started sprouting. Like quick. It's definitely a miracle worker. Buy the hair serum!!!

Did not sign up for subscription. Found out they automatically put me on one. Found out by email saying my next order was being processed and would ship in 5 days. Told them to cancel order and my subscription. They said order could not be canceled because it was already processing but they could cancel my subscription. Said I could start my refund process and I would get all but $10 back, which would be the return/processing fee. They also said they had sent an email 5 days prior reminding me of upcoming order. They did not. My word against theirs.
Whole process was aggravating. Would not order anything from them again.
July 21… finally got a return label. But I’m still not getting back all but the $10 fee for the return. Lesson learned.

1. I Love the Thick Youthful RICH Night Cream for my face. I USE this product in the morning & at night. Regardless of the name ( Youthful firming NIGHT cream), this is one power house of a cream. I USE IN THE AM & PM. I hit a big birthday in June & my son said " Wait, how old are you?? That's can't be ! You don't look like Grandma Dee at all , I responded, Grandma Dee used cold cream on her face forever, & I don't, I use a truly an innovative cream on my face morning & night. Yes, I Iove this cream & will not use anything else." I bring this product , Youthful Firming Night Cream to every adventure my husband & I go, and the only give away that I am older, is that my hair is long, well kept & totally white!! ( like my 3 brothers; we all have white hair, but 2 of them wish they had more hair, or any hair would be great!!) :)

UPDATE: They responded to this review that they refunded only a portion. This is not acceptable. I need my full refund for a product I did not order. If I end up receiving a shipment, I will immediately be returning it to them. I am still 100% unsatisfied that they are not giving me back all the money they took from me. In addition, as previously mentioned, I had to go through the grueling process of canceling my debit card and updating any accounts I use for bill pay. My bank is in the process of investigating my dispute. What a bunch of ridiculous, unnecessary extra work!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their predatory, deceptive business practices are despicable. If you order a product initially (which BTW, the product does not work!!), then they've "got you". I purchased a product, did not sign up for any future orders, yet this morning my bank account has a $128.40 debit!!! No advance notice of this. And try to get a hold of them? One phone number on their Contact Us is not a working number, the "chat" option allows no free writing, just pull-down options, they say you can message them on Facebook but they don't answer. No way to get them live. So I had to go through the very grueling process of disputing with my bank. Now my debit card that I rely on every day had to be canceled and it will take 2 weeks to get a replacement. Not to mention all the auto pays I have tied to that debit that now have to be reset. Not to mention the $128 remaining debited from my bank while the dispute is investigated. Do not fall for this disgusting scam.

What awesome results from the hair skin and nails vitamin and the face creams are exceptional too!

Didn’t work for me. The product was nicely scented and applied smoothly. Just didn’t work for me

I was charged the full amount rather than the discounted offer but they fixed it rather quickly. it was just annoying to deal with.

After trying this product and not liking it, I cancelled my next order and subscription, but that same day received an email they had processed another order. Have been trying to get a refund/return label but your playing games! First your AI said I was past the time, then it’s said had to be approved! This is nothing more that an attempt to prolong my return, so I have called my CC company and reported you unethical behavior and I will continue to wait till you respond ethically!

Service is great but the moisturizer has been very runny the last 3 times. I’m not sure if they changed the formula but I don’t like it as it doesn’t soak into my skin well. I loved the old formula & hope they return to it.

I have been very pleased with The SPA Hair Serum. I have been using it for a couple of months now and I feel that it is giving my hair body that it has never had and it is also filling in some of my thin spots. I am really pleased with it. I think I like the moisturizing cream but I am 80 years old and it is so think I can not squeeze the bottle to get it out so I quit using it.

I have been using the Spa Dr serum for approximately 6 months. I still have all the same wrinkles. In my opinion the Spa Dr. Is a sham. Don't waste your money.

I've used 3 bottles of this product & no visible results. But i must say I'm 82 years young & can't expect miracles.

I was using something like it but then I seen it said something about Gp1 meds and thar cought my eye. I placed my order and I got it that night used it and in the morning I was surprised to see such a difference in my face. It keeps getting better so far I am very pleased with my order.

I am starting to see progress in growth but feel that it makes my hair feel wirey.

I tried the Crepe Body Firming Creme and the way I want to bathe in this lotion is insane. It's so hydrating. My elbows are so soft that others have commented on them. I use it daily, after the shower, on my arms and hands only, because using it on my whole body would mean needing to replace it every two weeks. Absolutely love this cream.
