The age defying serum seems to be working after a few weeks. I tried to reorder and was charged for three night creams that I did not want. I cancelled within 24 hours and the reply was that I could get 40% off the whole order or return it all with a $10 processing fee. A few days ago I got a subscription order that I never requested. Again the same reply…40% off or return it all with a $10 processing fee. I am being charged for things I never ordered and charged fees when it was their mistake. This website is not ethical.

Well, first, I used the lift and tighten serum twice a day for 2 weeks and saw absolutely no difference, it may work for some, but did nothing for me. Second, they claim that I signed up for a subscription, which it is not in my practice to sign up for something that I am not sure it would work, third, getting your money back is not as easy as they claim, that they want you to be happy and returns are easy, after many many emails the reps are trained to do what they do and that is to offer either a 40% back and you can keep the subscription they sent or send it back for a loss of $10.00 handling fee. I know that if they respond to this they will say that I took the 40% refund so I must be okay with the product, but in fact I was leaving on an extended trip and had no time to return the product. So in summary - I have 3 bottles of a product that really does nothing, customer service was not helpful, and read the return policy very carefully as what they say is not what is written in their policy. Would not recommend.

Skin feel tighter smoother was surprised it worked so quickly!

I never had much of a skin care routine until trying this serum. My skin felt so much better right away that I continued to use it. Now I'm starting to see the results! The overall look and feel of my skin is smoother and softer. I also like that the products are light and smell good!

All the products are thoroughly explained and tell you what they are used for and what to expect. They even tell you the ingredients in each product. When you check out there is always a sprouts gift with your purchase.

I have purchased products from Spa Doctor and was very pleased with how it was working for me. There was a period of time that I had to stop due to medical reasons. However after I finished my medical issues I continued to use the product I had.
I am very happy with the results, I really like the youth serum , tighten and firming ,The ingredients are natural and leave my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized Im 65 and after having bariatric surgery my face took a hard toll..this product works, consistency is the key , I recommend this product to the ladies over 40!! I was hesitant. But the reviews I checked were good. So I decided to give it a shot. Let me note - the timing of delivery was awesome! No 3 weeks wondering if it was coming. And now for the actual product. It's been several weeks using it now - and it seems to fulfill the advertising. My skin feels softer, my wrinkles not so pronounced...I use it morning and night. Am very pleased with my choice of this serum!

I was very cautious at the beginning because I first found this brand through a paid Facebook ad. Everything in their ads seemed too good to be true, but oh boy, I’ve been amazed! I’ve tried too many brands in the past that promised amazing results but didn’t deliver. However, this brand is different. I’ve been using the serum and their eye cream for 3 months now, and I can actually tell it’s working. I have sensitive skin, and most products make my skin red or sting, but these didn’t. I had some dark spots that are starting to fade, and I love the consistency of the formula. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gentler alternative for anti-aging skincare that actually delivers.

I really like the 2 products I use but honestly cannot tell if the serum is working so I ordered more hoping to see a difference.

I tried to do a return but I’m here a year later and still have product I will never use. This product made me break out so if you have sensitive skin I would steer clear

I love your products but they are a bit pricey. I get the hormone balancer and have some of the 3 step face products. Love them. I have to stretch them out to make them last longer due to price. I understand your time and work you put into making and researching and selling but you would sell more if more people could afford it. Hormone balancer helps. I’m 53. My hair seems to be falling out less and I don’t have as many hot times. 3 step face products are wonderful. Fewer breakouts and firmer skin. Easy to order. Fast shipping. I am leary of subscribing even for the discount. I worry about customer service and being able to cancel if I choose to.
