Love all of the products I've tried, which includes the 4-stop skincare system, of which the age defying system, and the Glow Enhance Facial Boost being my favorites. Specifically, the Glow Enhance I carry around and like to dap on my face for a little extra boost during the day. Also, the hair serum has been great for my hair, which I've been growing out.

I want to try the product first and get a feel for it before I commit to every few weeks. Sometimes it takes that long to decide.

I’ve been using the 3-step skincare system for almost 6 months now, and I absolutely love the results. My skin feels younger, smoother, and so much healthier overall. I’m really happy with how effective it’s been. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and they’re excited to try it too.

I started using The Spa Dr serum that my wife was already using, mostly out of curiosity, and I was surprised by the results.
Another thing I really liked was the subscription system. It’s very convenient and also helped us save some money, since we can keep using it without paying a higher price each time.

I love your product but you’ve made the ordering sight so that there is no page to check your order before going ahead with the order. On my last order somehow it had me ordering 3 of two items and I only wanted one of each. This made the total substantial. Somehow my debit card was stored without my authorization. I want it removed. These practices make a person think that you are tricking people into getting extra product and who wants the pain of sending it back? You started out as an easy company to order from and now you’ve made it more complicated. I’ve been using your product for 3 years.

So far I like all of facial products and I haven’t had any allergic reactions to them like I have had with other products that were supposed to be natural…

I ordered through The Spa Dr. I get emails that I've ordered through Shapermint - which I'd never ordered from. After MULTIPLE EMAILS that were answered by stupid AI and then TEXTS that were answered the same way - I FINALLY get an answer that you two are sister companies. But I was ASSURED that the billing was done separately. Even after I provided screen shots of the emails stating I had ordered through Shapermint. I wasted HOURS of my time dealing with this issue. And therefore, you lost a client.

And you are offering an Incentive and you're not supposed to.

I love this serum, it feels like a little stretch on the skin. It has a texture that melts instantly and leaves a firm effect that awakens the face. The skin looks more even, softer, more alive. The lines are softened, the texture breathes and that natural shine appears with a more jovial touch that I love

These people have no live people they changed my credit card 101.00 when all I wanted was 23.00 face serum. Then 5 mins later I cancelled my order and they still sent it out there very rude.

I loved The Spa Dr Crepe Body Firming Cream. It made my skin feel soft and hydrated. I also love that it was perfect for my sensitive skin!

I've been using The Spa Dr Hair Serum for a few months and have noticed new growth in places that were getting thinner as I've gotten older. I love how the product is not greasy or thick. I can put the Hair Serum in my dry hair and it is undetectable after it dries. It's a wonderful product and I would definitely recommend if you're looking to add some volume to your hair.

I tried to order one of the $24 offers. Immediately I saw my order had added an extra product which brought the total to over $100. I IMMEDIATELY called to cancel the order and was told they could not do that even though I am SURE the order had NOT been filled so soon. I was told I would need to send it back EVEN though I had NOT ordered one of the products. I do like your product but if this is how you handle orders you have lost a customer.

So far, I’m really enjoying these products. My skin feels hydrated and calm, and I appreciate that the ingredients are clean and not overpowering. Excited to keep using them and see even more results over time.

Just started using the product last week. I do not see a big change in my skin. I will continue to use it for another three weeks and evaluated at that time.
