Booked us a Stag Trip to Prague. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups! Great Hotel and Location. We all had a stag do to remember. Very professional throughout! Would highly recommend booking with them!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough, Naomi was amazing. Being a super hectic business owner I did worry when I was put in charge of organising the weekend as I barely have time to hoover. Naomi had my back, made it super simple and straight forward. Couldn’t of asked for a better weekend. Thanks for everything

Cant really fault the company or service provided in anyway. Prices were relatively cheap in comparison to other stag companies. Would personally like to thank Kieran for his service, and going out of his way to ensure we would be guaranteed 2 beer bikes at once, where other stag companies could not provide us this.

Attentive service throughout booking up and till the day before we left.

The hotel he booked us in was excellent, great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and up for banter! Rooms were much better than we were expecting!

I had used this company back in 2014 for my mums hen weekend & we all had a bloomin amazing time. There was 16 of us and for £200 we were treated like royalty - upgraded to twin double deluxe rooms, VIP booth and access to club, beautiful venues as well as more!!
Honestly couldn’t fault it and the staff were very clear and helpful with all the information they gave us!

This year I decided to use the company again and had told my new hen group about it & from what i had told them they were all very excited!

Unfortunately one of the members of our group and a very close family member and friend had passed away the week before we were due to go and we cancelled within 4 days notice!
We had completely accepted the fact we would lose all our money as it is unfortunately one of those things and definitely not the companies fault.

This morning I woke to an email offering a part-refund of £525 & a discounted weekend which is honestly completed appreciated but totally unexpected!

Hopefully once we recover from this loss, we will plan our new adventure!

Absolutely love this company, its staff and everything it has to offer! Keep it up guys!

One star purely because (credit where it's due) we had somewhere to stay... Everything else was awful!
Firstly, I think it's important that hotel policies such as "only credit cards accepted for check in" are passed onto a group of 20 hens BEFORE they turn up in a foreign country with no credit cards... Apparently this company didn't agree.
I also think that if you pay for excursions they should probably actually happen (butler in the buff didn't turn up and boat party... Well... Ill go into that in a minute)
Hotel told us off at 1am on our first night for loud music (a portable speaker on the coffee table, seriously we all know how loud those things are not!)
As I mentioned the butler didn't turn up- we waiting for 40 minutes at reception as of 10 minutes before we were due, and no show! No answering of calls.. Nothing! Apart from a message the next day "I was at reception for 20 minutes..." he wasn't! And if that was the case why wouldnt he answer our calls? Interesting question...
Let's move on to the next day. All 20 of us are looking forward to nursing a hangover and chilling on a catamaran for a few hours. HA! 45minutes later (and lots of backwards and forwardsing between various companies at the marina- this was stressful to say the least) a.. Wait for it... PIRATE SAILING SHIP equipped with pirate props and everything pulls up to the marina. At this point a 'gentleman' (I use the term loosely) from the hen experience company, whos name I wish I could remember as I feel he definitely deserves a good name and shaming! Decided to call us back, I wish I could say that this was a pleasant conversation in which all the problems got solved. I wish... What actually happened is he went on to tell me all the reasons why I shouldn't be complaining finished with a "I'm hanging up now"... Needless to say, I was massively unimpressed!
After gently pursuading a very upset bride to be that the pirate ship could be just as fun as a catamaran, we begrudgingly boarded. Pirate ships are not as fun as catamarans (and they're cheaper we found out) side note, quick question where's our €3-6 per head extra that we paid for a catamaran? Who pocketed that?

Luckily we didn't leave anything else down to the organization of this company otherwise lord only knows where we would be now. But I'll conclude with saying, DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! honestly you're better off organising it yourself.

Awesome company from start to finish, I wasn't sure of the best place to go for the stag do itself so Steve gave me a few options an talked me through each one, he was honest about pros and cons from accommodation, to dining to activities and we didn't have any unwanted hidden surprises throughout the stag do.

The payment system they use made organising the finances of the stag really easy and in all fairness because i used these guys I didn't actually do a lot in terms of organising however everyone agreed that the whole weekend was faultless and easy.

I would definitely recommend these guys and use them again, big thanks to the team and keep up the good work.

My only positive with this company was our cocktail making at revolutions. That made our evening. Nothing else did.

My bridesmaids planned my hen party- I was not involved at all, but they were very disappointed with what happened!

The burlesque dancer didn’t seem to have any clue on how teach, or adapt due to injuries. We were rushed through our dance routine due to lack of communication, and then had to zoom off late too!

The holiday inn ‘spa experience’ was non- existent. Please please don’t ask for this because you get a small pool and steam room, which might be hijacked by a children’s swimming group. Unless you book treatments in a tiny room, this is in no way a spa. None of us used the treatments because they were sparse despite it being a ‘spa’.

Thanks to my amazing hens, we made the weekend amazing but the stag and hen experience did not make my weekend.
Also after my maid of honour complained, they didn’t offer any compensation or refund for the hens that paid for this weekend! Not what I’d consider fair.

All throughout the stag and hen experience delviered. Abby our uk rep was very helpful and anja our prague based rep was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help our group have a good time. The activities we selected were of a very high quality and would recommend them to anyone going. Will use this company again for sure !

I used The stag and hen experience to book and plan my sister's hen do in York earlier this year. Our group was complicated because we had a mix of packages, some staying one night friday, some staying one night saturday, some 2 nights and some 3 nights. Abby from this company managed to sort us all out and the hen party would not have been anywhere near as good or as smoothly run without the help of her. We got fantastic package deals including a variety of activities, which would have cost a lot more booking it ourselves. It was a fantastic experience, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I would definitely use and recommend this company again. Thank you Abby!

Abbie was great, very quick at responding to all my emails and when she went on holiday she was sure to pass my details onto a colleague to stay in contact with me. When I first started trying to get quotes from different Hen Do companies, I contacted about 6 or 7 and Stag and Hen Experience are the only ones who came back to me within a reasonable timeframe and with relevant information. Abbie was very professional and also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for all your help!

Took the bride to be to Brighton for a two night stay. The hotel was opposite the i360 so was in a brilliant place for the front, eateries and bars . The quad hotel room was very big and clean, loads of plug sockets for dryers, phones and straightners . The towels were changed every day and beds were made for us. The beds were so comfortable . The breakfast in the morning was help yourself buffet. Loads of fresh juice, cooked breakfast , tea and toast. .. just what was needed after two nights on the lash. .. . We booked the dirty dancing lesson for the Sat morning. It was such a laugh, our dance teacher was friendly, funny and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We all thought we were as good as Patrick Swayze or Baby by the end of the lesson. We even took our moves into the bars that evening... we were all so good !!!
For all 7 of us, the weekend was a very positive, fun, excellent value for money weekend. Booking was easy, itinerary was clear and instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend hen and stag for an easy and stressfree break away. Well done and thanks from the Dirty Dancing cast 😅

The Hen loved her weekend in London, Cocktail making and a Nightclub. The hotel was nice, a little small and a bit too far from the cocktail making but that wasnt an issue as we were in the city centre where Uber still exists. Thank you for being to friendly and helping, I know I called a few times to get information and called back other times for the same info because I forgot! Would recommend and use again :)

I made an inquiry for a stag weekend through this company but was later very disappointed to find out that they had told the 'bride to be' what we had planned when she rang up checking on what they offered. Needless to say this did not go down well.

Really good Couldn't have wished for anymore, everything was planned really well. Justyn helped me with all aspects of the weekend, extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for any future hen.

I was recommended by another of the stag party. I was dreading arranging the 'Stag' but these guys made it all very easy. The stag do was so great that all the stags agreed it can never be spoken of again. Thanks for the recommendations guys. Tip top service.

All of our many activities were tailored to the group and pleased everyone! I have just returned from my hen weekend in Dublin . We had an amazing time thanks to Bevs organisation of the event . From the very first time I contacted Bev the whole process has been a breeze. She tailored the weekend to my requirements , communicating the whole time . Booking and paying was simple through the website and the itinerary was available for us to all keep up to date . The hotel was perfect , cocktail making was so much fun . The whole weekend went without a hitch . Thank you Bev. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book an event . 😃

Very Impressed with the Stag and Hen Experience - thanks David! I was a bit apprehensive to book something like this without being in total control of the whole thing but these guys were brilliant! Great price, great hotel, great catamaran BBQ party and the club was good fun too. These guys do everything and make it easy to manage the payments for a large group. thanks very much!!
