These gents organised me the Stag Weekend of my life! Easy to deal with, great prices, fantastic customer service! Will be using them again in future and recommending them to everyone I know

Excellent company well organised stag do.

Would highly recommend anyone who’s supposed to be sorting a stag do to get these guys to do it.

Save you loads of time and effort and leave you able to enjoy the stag do.

Lies lies lies! That whole response was an absolute lie!!

Firstly, the advisor I initially spoke to wasn’t very clear about your terms and conditions actually, that was the first issue, and every time I rung to speak with him, he either wasn’t there, or he wasn’t available?! I also emailed him on several occasions and not once did he reply, so please don’t make out like you tried to make contact with me personally coz you didn’t!!

Secondly, my holiday wasn’t even booked for August it was booked for June so I’ve no idea what you’re even talking about saying the £150 included VIP stuff, I didn’t even add on any VIP stuff on to the booking so that’s also a lie!! The £150 I was quoted was for hotel and transfers only, nothing else!! And like I say the hotel you eventually told me the name of is half price if booked direct with them. So why would I pay double bubble when I can save half the money and use it towards a flight instead?! I know you’ve got to make money somewhere but charging 50% more than the original hotel price is disgraceful!! And that is not made clear at any point during the booking stage.

There was also never any mention of non-refundable deposits or the fact you have no cooling off period. It probably is in the terms and conditions somewhere but you’re advisors should make it clear to read those first, before making any commitment. The advisor I spoke to was very insistent and very pushy and he made me feel obliged to use your company and made out I would not find a better deal anywhere else!!

I think you need to retrain your advisors on customer service skills and how they should be extremely clear from the first phone call. Also the initial advisor should become the handler and should deal with that customer from the offset, instead of customers getting passed from pillar to post. I spoke to Adam twice before I paid him a deposit, but once I’d paid a deposit I couldn’t get hold of him again. What sort of impression is that sending out. I understand staff have days off or take holidays but to just blatantly ignore an email is nothing short of rude!!

Your first response was basically turning everything I said back around on me, but all your responses were an absolute lie!! Your advisor was not clear, your terms and conditions are not clear, you did not try make contact with me personally, and my package did not contain any extras! That’s 4 lies already!

Of course I didn’t want to continue my booking with you guys, you charge 50% more than the original hotel prices. That’s daylight robbery, and then I’ve got to book flights on top of that, it would end up costing in excess of £300pp which is way overpriced for 3 nights in Ibiza.

I’ve also noticed that you’ve reported all your other ‘bad’ reviews so they cannot be viewed. Why not just own it and be honest with all the customers that leave bad reviews. You don’t get repeat bad reviews if you’re not a bad company.. so I think that says a lot about your company!!

When you're given the duties of being a best man, one thing that can't go wrong is the stag weekend! I decided to leave this up to the guys at the Stag & Hen Experience and they made sure that everything was organised and ran smoothly. We had a great hotel in the centre of town, dinner and beers on the first night then had a game of footy to wake us up before karting in the afternoon. Really happy with the way it all went and the online itinerary and payment system really helps when you have to get 15 guys to pay up! Would defo recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future.

Thanks guys for such a great weekend away for my sisters hen weekend to Brighton last weekend. The hotel was so central which made stumbling home a very easy as we had a few too many vinos. Haha it was great fun. You made the whole process so easy and I loved the easy online tracking payment plan. Given the fact the whole location wasn't planned yet pointed out by your consultant due to the requirements I can only say thank you from all 14 very happy ladies. We loved the rude old sports day event and although my mum found some of the events eye shutting she secretly loved it. The brand new Gin cocktail class and games was wow just brilliant and the food that followed was so lovely. Thanks for catering for my gluten free friend who can be hard with relations to options and is a nightmare without a belly full prior to drinking. The only issue we had is with god itself and not having the sun ☀️ but we can live with that. Let's hope it shines on Claire's big day in a few weeks time. Thanks again guys it hard to please ladies and some no matter what can't be pleased I know from having the pleasure of arranging things my end let alone your end having us all to please. X Sarah

I would highly recommend.

Have used S&H Experience before for my birthday celebrations nationally and had a great time, however they excelled my expectations abroad. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to all.

Thank you so much to the whole of the stag and hen experience. Steve was amazing when helping to book the hen do. All the activities where amazing and no problems with anything would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to book a stag or hen.

Thanks to Steve and the team for making the stag party so successful.All the events organised were as advertised and we could not haver had a better guide than Andrea who did not stop smiling throughout and could not do enough for us all. Any queries before the event were answered quickly and Steve was a delight to deal with. All in all the Stag was chuffed to bits with the outcome. Would definitely recommend as they will take the stress out of organising especially as we were 25!

Not as stress free then I expected.Im the maid of honour and booked a hen do for the bride and 19 girls which was a surprise for everyone, so I was very excited to show them what I’ve done for the bride and the hens. Good value for money, not as stress free as made out at first, when girls had paid they couldn’t find the payments 50% of the time and we had to prove payments by emailing bank statements which was quite embarrassing for me! All the staff are very friendly and professional and helped out every time this did happen. We went to Bournemouth for the weekend, all the meals that were booked were great, the Venue’s were great, friendly staff, I did have a bit of a nightmare the day before we was going when I rang the recording studio to be told they didn’t have a booking for us on Saturday 😳 ok when I rang office and told them this, it took them about a hour to book somewhere else, I was told by the office that they was just about to call me and let me know this, so I shouldn't of panicked but when I spoke to the recording studio on that Saturday afternoon I asked him "what time did they call and book us in?" And they called at about 4pm on Thursday, so they actually called him straight after I rang them! So if I hadn't called them we wouldn't of been doing anything Saturday afternoon. After that i couldn't risk it, I had to ring all the other events just to make sure they had a booking for us, which as you can imagine the day before we leave and I’ve told 19 girls and the bride this is what we was doing and if I hadn’t of rang them we might of turned up to find we wasn’t booked in! That would of been very very embarrassing!! The hotel was very good, full of stag and hens, so for our age group 19-35 it’s was great, if your a older group it might not be your seen? The night out in Bournemouth was brilliant, cocktails masterclass was brilliant! Sunday we had a spa booked with treatments and lunch. After a night out in town the 10am start was hard, maybe they should do it a bit later knowing most of these events involved drinking, and just to say, most of the events we had book over the weekend where definitely a drive away, at least 20mins to half hour so if you don’t travel in a car or you want to have a drink then this is not for you, couldn’t believe how far out these venues were! When we got to the spa we had to fill out a long form which took us ages! (Not stress free, could of sent us these forms before going) The treatments were very good but you got about 15mins each and that wasn’t enough, the lunch was great but.... it wasn’t a proper spa, yes they had a treatment area but it was just a pool with 3 chairs? A spa is supposed to be relaxing with chairs around a pool so you can chill out all day, it was very regimented, in out, lunch go! And we couldn’t relax which was the whole point, so if you want to end the weekend by relaxing then this is not a good choice. Over all I had to project manage about 30% of the time, I wasn’t told of few things until the day before we went, they should give each booking it’s own rep, when I first spoke to Ollie I thought he would be dealing with me from start to end, he gave me his mobile number so I could call anytime of the day which was so reassuring, but as soon as they got the money from us all I was past on to admin like “my job is done now, we have your money so speak to someone else” that's how it felt anyway, so every time I called it was a different person and it was very hard to keep explaining things over and over again. It should be who ever got the booking they should see it from start to end? Over all tho the most expensive package was £259 for 3 nights with 4 different events so be fair you get what you pay for and like I said only 30% was stressful the rest was great 👍🏻 felt a lot more stressful at the time tho, now I look back, no one else was stressed and the bride loved every minute so that was my goal from the start!

An epic weekend of adventures. We loved the dance classes and the tour of loch lomand was superb. All had a fantastic time.

The Stag and Hen Experience helped me to organise my sister’s hen do in Cambridge. I would 100% recommend booking with them.

I had done some research and contacted a few companies of this type, but decided to go with Stag and Hen Experience as they seemed to offer the best deal and certainly weren't as pushy as some of the others I'd been in touch with!!

The customer service was brilliant and made the whole process so much easier for me. I explained what I was looking for and got a range of options to choose from and when plans needed to change slightly the company did all they could to accommodate.

We went for a 2 night stay at the Travelodge in central Cambridge, a pamper day, cocktail making (highly recommended) and punting as well as 2 evening meals and entry to clubs. Great value for money.

A huge positive was that everyone pays the company directly so one person doesn't have the burden of taking on the costs and chasing people for money... Having organised a hen do all by myself previously this was so much better!!!

I would Highly recommend this company. From the first Enquiry to the hen party it ran as smooth as silk. We had a weekend in Beautiful Oxford. It was the only company that was interested in what we wanted to do. We had a 2 night stay in a travel lodge, We done our own thing Friday night and then had a pottery lesson on the Sat, then Lunch at Pizza Express turned up gave my name and there was our table all ready, we did also turn up an hour early but that wasn't a problem. We then had a cocktail night and a night in Oxford. Sunday was a spa day inc Lunch and a treatment. A fab end to a great weekend. We got all this for £190 amazing. No one else can beat that price... Great Company and can not wait to organise another weekend. Thank you so much to your team!

Karen from Then Stag & Hen experience organised a great weekend at short notice for 7 people. Our location was Bristol and price included evening meal (2 course at Las iguanas), guest house accommodation (with continental breakfast), clay pigeon shooting and quad bikes followed by comedy club on Saturday evening. Excellent value and Karen was helpful and attentive to our needs. Would definitely use them again thank you Karen and the S&H Experience team.

The Stag and Hen Experience gave 18 of us a hen do to remember in Ibiza. They were great from start to finish with service, planning and communication.

I am thrilled to have been communicating with Steve as he was a great representative of the Hen and Stag Do Experience.

We were greeted at the airport by a mini bus - nice that we could all travel together rather than in separate taxis.

We had a champagne reception at a bar, and bar crawl with a rep.

The boat cruise we attended was fabulous too.

The whole weekend ran so smoothly and can’t thank Steve enough for all of his help

Stag do was absolutely brilliant we all had a great time the zorb football and shock football was brutal hahah really good fun highly recommended. The only issue we had was with the hotel they said they had not been paid but I got in touch with Naomi and 5 mins later was all sorted was the hotels issue nothing to do with these guys would defo use again for future nights. Thanks again :)

Absolutely gutted with the services they promised!! The things that were paid for in the group booking were none existent, we went to 3 places we were meant to be on the lost for and they didn't have anything of the booking.
Tried calling anyone to speak to an advisor over the weekend and couldn't get through to anyone, as the hen of the group I was extremely upset and frustrated.
Were sat around a table as I write this on my hen weekend trying to call all the other places were meant to be booked into to double check were actually booked in.
A joke of a company!!!!!

We had an absolutely great time on our organised hen do. Everything ran smoothly and took the hassle out of organising transport etc, which meant we could concentrate on enjoying ourselves. In the lead up nothing was too much trouble for our event coordinator Naomi, I rang her so many times and every time she was able to help me and always polite and accommodating.
I am now booking my second hen do with the stag and hen experience because it made life so easy and organised.
