Terrible experience beginning to end. The only thing The Stag Company were on it with, was collecting money. They upsold £1000 worth of limo transfer without communicating that money would be lost should the flight be delayed. Their rep who was supposed to stay with the stag crew disappeared almost immediately. The response from the 'Aftercare Team' ... we understand you're disappointed

Stag coming from Ireland. Made contact with the company as I was unsure of numbers. Paid a deposit while the numbers were paid. Was given loads of notice of payment deadlines. Any questions we answered quickly and when we landed everything was set up with accommodation. Made life alot handier.

Beth was amazing at organising 15 of us to go to Prague, the dates changed as well as numbers and activities but it was never an issue for Beth, she was more than happy to help an even had a joke about it all. The whole trip was amazing and our tour guide was great. Paintballing was amazing, steak dinner was unreal and pub crawl was hilarious.

Overall its a simple process, great value and couldn't recommend enough.

Using the Stag Company was fantastic for someone as disorganised as myself. Our group in particular were completely useless at planning, so lots of changes were made throughout which was not the easiest thing to fix on the website, however our stag planner Beth Gale was fantastic with all of our regular changes made.

It was really helpful that you can choose by activity or Location, and once you've started you can then build the package easily.

Overall, really happy with everything - Stag went as messy as you'd expect! Thank you Beth & TheStagCompany!

Cancelled the event due to COVID and then refused to refund the group. I'm still owed £240. Some of the group managed to do a chargeback via credit card companies but many couldn't. I would risk giving them any money. AVOID!!!

The Stag Company are brilliant! We were a pretty fickle group of 15 and all our activity, group numbers, and date changes were completed with ease and no fuss! Jamie was amazing and always so happy to offer solutions! Made planning the weekend a stress free experience!!

We had a disappointing experience with The Stag Company overall.

On an user interface level - I find it very tedious to have to log into the 'PartyHub' section of their website every time you receive a message from the team. I appreciate the concept of keeping communications in one space, but the extra steps just to read a short message proved to be more of an annoyance than anything else. At bare minimum this could have been rectified by simply including the contents of the message in the email notification for that new message.

Additionally many of their emails didn't land in my inbox. Looking back now, I think communication from the company could have been more streamlined and there probably wasn't a need for 24 different email chains from them. I was also surprised at the limited hours during which their phone lines are staffed.

Regarding activities, we booked two with the Stag Company in Tenerife - go karting and a private guided bar crawl which was changed to nightclub entry shortly before we went away due to external factors beyond their control.

For the go karting, the final itinerary explains that you need only be picked up by that excursions' bus service and will go straight into the activity, however upon arrival we were required to show a booking confirmation which the Stag Company had not provided me. It was only after multiple phone calls with the Stag Company's emergency ground agent and a 40 minute delay that we were able to finally take part in the go karting. It seems rather short-sighted to have a 'documents' section on the PartyHub but not supply activity booking confirmations should they be needed. I messaged the Stag Company on their PartyHub to notify them of this incident but as of me writing this review, they are still yet to acknowledge my messages.

We had a similar experience with the nightclub entry. Where the final itinerary states you need only give your name to gain entry - when we did this, the nightclub staff had no idea who we were and it was only after the manager appeared that make the most of the activity. Again, I feel a booking confirmation could have helped streamline this process.

Ultimately while our experience with the Stag Company certainly wasn't a dealbreaker, there was a lot of minor inconveniences which all added up. When you have the responsibility of organising the stag do and managing all the money, you want your party to feel as though their money has been well spent and at times it didn't feel as though that were the case. I think there's better alternatives out there.

WOW....Laura at The Stag Company is absolutely outstanding. Great company and really pulled out all the stops to keep our weekend on track after my error on the date. Would highly recommend to anyone organising a Stag party.

The whole process was straightforward, hassle-free and extremely flexible. It was exactly what was needed for someone like myself who struggles to plan a single activity let alone a weekend away. My stag organizer Beth went above and beyond providing various quotes at varying prices while enquiring with different hotels for the best price. Would recommend 10/10!

Gave these a deposit for a stag party, they issued me the wrong dates, firstly it took me about 15 messages for them to realize they had got the wrong dates, they then asked for more money, I asked for the deposit back, have been ignored up until this date. In the end me and the stag have put together our own package, I think you can do all of what these do for a fraction of the price they ask for. I dealt with a lad called beth, then a man called Jordan emailed me. Anyhow was only 50 pounds deposit.

The service is easy to use. You pick what you want were you want and within a few hours they get back to you with a quote. No pressure from them, you can swap change anything you want, my event organiser is called sean very helpful explains everything to you and what you need to do. The bonus from them is that once you send out the invite link to your guests they can pay there own section as they go along, so takes all the stress out of the stag/hen organiser to collect money in. would definitely recommend. thanks for the help cheers leigh.

Great company, flawless way to organise a great stag do. Sean and Laura helped me organise a weekend stag do for 9 people over to prague and it was a doddle to work especially with the online portal managing payments for each person. All ran like clockwork. Only thing i had to do myself was organise the flights and transfer from the airport to the accommodation (they offered it but due to the time being close it was cheaper to get a taxi sorted myself). Quotes are easy to see on the website, so we were able to weigh up various options and plan out rough ideas before settling on the stag do we could all manage.

Quick and efficient service, Sean was excellent in helping us organise our trip, friendly, polite and had our party at ease throughout the whole process

The Booking and organising experience so far has been very positive. having a portal where everyone could pay individually towards the stag saved so much time and energy chasing up details etc.
