I have called and left 6 messages and have not been called back, that is not good business

Be careful..They will trip you up with payments during Holidays and months like February. Read the fine print. Also went up on the price of the unit after a few months. They wheel you in cheap and then raise the price significantly. Theres absolutely no customer service if you have an issue. Payments set up is questionable and fixed to trap you. Its a trap. Management is not management and have a problem for every solution. She has to call her manager for everything who has no name or contact. They close on Sunday so ifcyou have an immediate issue they will leave you with any issues till they open on Monday. Theres nobody to talk to.

My daughter rented a space from the Verot location and the rate increased twice a year. I’ve had a storage unit with a competitor for years & never experienced this type of greedy bait & switch pricing.

Amber, salesperson was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind in renting me a unit. She deserves a raise.

The gentleman at the desk was super helpful and the whole process was quick and easy.

My experience was good. I forget the ladys name, yet I do remember the walk through of a similar sized unit and the fast and easy paperwork process.

I went im to get a 5x5 storage unit and was shown a 5x10 and I thought that unit was the 5x5 and i thought ok that size is perfect for me for 19$ so we did all the paper work I pay for my lock and the unit and went home to start moving things into the unit. I came back on the 5th day and went to the unit and realized that it was not the unit that the lady showed me and it was to small so I went down to explain that I know I asked for a 5x5 but the unit that was shown was the unit I wanted and I was under the impression that it was a 5x5. The girl said that she showed me the correct unit and there was nothing that could be done I upgraded to the correct size and then was given the same unit I was shown in the beginning. I feel like I spent more money for the 2 units I should have been able to transfer without paying anything because the girl made the mistake and showed me the wrong unit and that was actually the size that I needed. I wanted to complain about it because I just felt that I should not have had to pay to transfer since the girl showed me the wrong unit.

I had a great experience of checking in at storage center. This young man that service me was knowledgeable about his products and services. He was amazing.
