Convenient

The receptionist (Michelle) was a big help.

Was advised by one of the lovely ladies that work the front desk that I should switch to a smaller unit since I didn’t have as much stuff to store as I thought. She made the process of switching super easy. She also was very nice and made sure I knew that if I needed anything to just let her know. Also, the units are nice and clean. They have elevator access and carts available to use.

The staff was courteous and helped me with selecting my storage unit.

The young man that helped me, Micheal was super patient and very helpful with all my needs.

Great service and excellent explanation and understanding. Nothing was left to be misunderstood and she was very polite about all of the information required.

I am unhappy that the leak occurred and I lost valuable items. I would think that the Storage Center should consider a 24 hr. hotline. I appreciated the staff today and the ability to work thru the issues.
