DO NOT USE! STAY CLEAR IT IS A SCAM.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They don't even deserve that.

The initial conversation I had with them over Whatsapp should have been the first and only red flag, the person I was speaking to was an absolute ass hole and so so rude.

They con you into purchasing their services saying they have "real experts" working on your assignments and charge you an arm and a leg for each assignment. I just received marks back today AND EVERY ANSWER WAS GENERATED THROUGH AI CHAT. DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES IT IS A SCAM IT IS A LIE! They do not disclose this information to you when you pay. They are frauds and this is false advertising. I could have done this myself if I knew they would be using AI Chat but i have forked out $300 for 2 assignments to be returned with unsatisfactory results. They have taken advantage of my vulnerability and real need for assistance.

Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable especially in todays economic climate.

I will be taking this further to ensure I get my money back and that this company is shut down.

Totally unprofessional customer service. I booked for my dissertation however they did not properly communicate with me to provide them more brief of what to be done and so. When I asked for a refund they said it will be in TSH which is their store credit which I no longer have use of because I am.done with my university and they said they can't refund money in my bank or using app like wise. Totally fraudulent company I would rather say make assignment yourself atleast you habe a surviving chance than wasting money. They are withholding information regarding their policy before putting and order.. they are withholding my money. And totally crap service ever!!!

Absolutely amazing work! And so timely too, I got it sent to me way earlier than the proposed date so giving me time to read into it & make sure it’s up to par! I’m an very pleased with the content of the work provided for my order TSH7605.

Just that communication can be more effective

I received good grades, I had to get on call with the expert multiple times to discuss how are we going to work this out and gladly it did work out.
I received a brillant feedback from my tutor on work done by them, initially my deadline was about to cross but I was told that if they assign it to some other expert I won't be able to get maximum grades which I eventually did.

Wonderful service with reasonable rates for all three categories, everyone in the team is soft spoken and does not delay the work, regular follow ups my taken and revisions were provided on the feedback.

I am extremely disappointed with the whole company. I feel that they are unprofessional and have not met my expectations. They delayed my assignment to the point where it was overdue, and when I finally received it, it was poorly written and did not meet the standards of a professional work. There was a lack of communication among the team, and the so-called expert I had a virtual meeting with did not come from a similar background and did not seem to understand the topic well. The content of the assignment did not align with the topic, despite me providing clear guidelines. As a result, I have failed my dissertation and wasted valuable time. I advise others to stay away from this company, as it seems they use AI to write assignments and deliver poor quality work.

There was no option to give them not even a Star .

I pay for nothing. Make the phone calls to assure making the payment during the night time, scaming me with a lot of phone calls and SMS. They have the misunderstanding and misconmunication with their team memebers and they delivered the wrong trash to me. I have the special inquiry and I mentioned with the consultant in the chat, she didnt talk it back to the team and just sent my file to them. Completely wrong with requirements. I noticed it and memtioned to them straight away, every time sent email to them. Always wait wait wait for it. They hold a meeting to me and said they did as what the file requirement and not mentioned to the special inqury. They said as I am the wrong one, until I showed them the coversation with the consultant. Then they said they would do it again.Then I said I was few days late for my due time. They told me to give them time. i gave them the time who give me time?Pay for the assignment and cant receive what I want. I asked for the refund and they said just can paiy to my TSH wallet and can use for next time :) and refuse to pay back to my bank account. What can I say then. The organisation is like a professional scammer :) took the money and not suppprtive and not responsible for what they done :)

I was struggling to do my assignment. My friend suggested me the student helpline number. Initially I was worried If I would get the my task on time or not. But student helpline helped me so much throughout the time and even delivered the assignment on time as promised. They even made changes as per the requirement even after the full payment. I would recommend student helpline experts (Learn with fraternity). Thank you for the support.

Literally a Scam site.
They initially wanted to charge me $230 for a 8-question, 500-word assessment. This was too much so I asked for only the first question instead which I haggled down to $70. By the time I had received their answer, I had already completed my assessment. I thought at least I could confirm my answer...

Yet the answer they gave me was so entirely incorrect it was borderline laughable. When I contacted them and stated that they were incorrect all they had to say was "Hey, Expert is asking You took them from Libertext?" essentially stating that I copied my work off another site rather than amending the incorrect responses.

After clarifying that I did not, they just asked me the same question again. (Which was not relevant in the first place)
After this frustration, all I wanted was my money back for a job not done, to which they responded "We are trying to resolve this issue, as the refund is not possible according to the rule book of our organization" So in their rule book it seems they can send you a photo of scribble and call it a day.

Overall this company is just a service designed to take money out of the pockets of already broke university students.

If I could give them a negative star rating (or a lawsuit) I would.

The student help line is great site for help in assignment to meet in deadline and and provide great service.

Good consultancy provide, was very helpful.

Communication service is a bit slow , need to put more effort in that service. Didn’t receive any feedback from my tutor regarding assignment till date

price is very high and its not worth of paying. Anyways experst are trying their best.
