I placed my order on September 4 and…
I placed my order on September 4 and even selected express shipping. More than five weeks later, I still haven’t received anything.
Throughout this entire process, I had to contact customer service multiple times myself to get updates.
After all this waiting, I was finally informed that they apparently cannot deliver to my address due to courier restrictions. Why wasn’t this checked before accepting my order and payment?
Instead of offering a solution, they simply cancelled my order and informed me that a refund had been processed.
I could have easily arranged delivery to an alternative address in Germany if they had communicated the problem earlier.
The lack of communication, transparency and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I have rarely experienced such disappointing customer service.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.
