Order arrived prior to schedule Speedy Gonzalez is green with envy having come in second. On a more serious note the goods were priced very well, were as described, packed safely, and dispatched promptly. What more could one ask.

I would give them more stars if i could! Dealt with Nick. Customer service is the best i've seen. Ordered several items new and pre-loved. The preloved bivvy came, second hand but was brand new pretty much - perfect. It was missing a door but had loads of other extras not expected. I emailed them to see if i could buy a door. They sent one free of charge. I cant rate them high enough. Will be just using these guys now. Have recommended already. Do consider selling your used gear to these guys, top rates paid. Thank you Nick

Absolutely brilliant service fast and reliable will definitely be ordering from here again soon

Brilliant people who run it. Very quick and very helpful responses. Also very quick delivery. 11/10 for me

Excellent service, would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing shop and excellent customer service as always

Ordered a couple of large items on a Friday morning and they were delivered Saturday, excellent service throughout 👏

From start to finish amazing service , even with sizing issue. Nick from support was quick to reply and rectify. 100% would recommend and from now on will be my main go to for carp tackle

Ordered x6 Nash bushwacker extension poles.. great price.. fast delivery. Great product and I must add they were packed to a high standard. Excellent work tackle tavern... well recommended 👍

Fantastic service and a great company to deal with 💯💪

Really amazing customer service, helped me out so much and i can't thank them more

I purchased a Sonik bank tek 2 from the tackle tavern , had issues with the bivvy twice and the support I received from the tackle tavern was very good on both occasions . I would definitely buy from them again.

A satisfactory result after an item was received damaged .
Thank Tackle Tavern 👍👍

Tackle tavern delivery service is second to none next day delivery is ideal. If there's any problems always quick and helpful to rectify I will keep using it service. Thanks to all staff.

Great service from Nick sorting out a replacement, thanks again

I placed a fairly large order on 10th March which more than qualified for next day delivery, I presumed 12th to give a little processing time.
Here we are 14th and nothing. I sent a few emails requesting an update to be told there’s been an over sight but nothing more. They email me back 10 mins from closing time. This is frustrating as all my other previous orders have been smooth. In this instance the customer service has been so poor I requested a full refund but as expected that hasn’t happened. The order on their website shows shipped the Royal Mail tracking app shows waiting to receive and the shop says nothing
Disgraceful !

Super helpful and kind service

First time ordering from The Tackle Tavern and I am beyond impressed with their dedication to customer service. Nick and Matty really went above and beyond and I will definitely be back very soon! These guys genuinely value their customers.

The best Tackle Shop in the game.

I’ve used The Tackle Tavern for over 3 years now & they have never let me down. Always competitive on pricing, Next Day Delivery & a cracking selection of Pre Loved Tackle!

Not only have I bought from The Tackle Tavern but I have also had a fair few part exchange deals with them which makes upgrading so much easier, and they offer more than fair price.

Could not recommend highly enough & I certainly won’t be shopping anywhere else!
