I feel completely let down by my experience with Trade Centre Wales and, frankly, feel that I have been cheated.

I purchased the car from Trade Centre Wales because I specifically wanted the reassurance of buying from an established, reputable dealer rather than a small independent retailer. I was trying to avoid exactly the hassle, uncertainty and risk associated with buying a car with a questionable or undisclosed history. Unfortunately, that is exactly what I feel I have ended up with.

After purchasing the car, I had 2–3 independent experts inspect it, and they all raised serious concerns that the car had previously been involved in a collision. They pointed to noticeable differences in the spacing and alignment of the body panels, which are not what I would expect from a car that had not previously sustained accident damage.

There are also other issues that have appeared, including moisture getting into one of the headlights and a water leak into the car through the roof.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I chose Trade Centre Wales precisely because I believed buying from a large, established dealer would give me greater confidence that the car's history and condition had been properly checked and represented.

Instead, I now find myself dealing with problems and concerns that I specifically went to a major dealer to avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience and would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Trade Centre Wales to carry out their own independent inspection and checks before committing to a purchase. I certainly wish I had known about these issues before buying the car.

Apollo and Dan were both very helpful in me finding me my new car. Once I’d found it, Catrin was brilliant at making the purchase quick and straightforward. Would recommend.

Dom was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth and easy.

The staff we dealt with in person in the Abercynon branch were really helpful. However, the majority of the after sales team were extremely unhelpful. We were originally told the car would only be with them for 2-3 days and that we would receive daily updates. I had to chase them every day for updates as no one would contact me, the car took over a week and on collection the car wasn’t even cleaned properly, there were marks all over the seats.
