Extremely disappointed with my experience at Trade Centre Wales.

Buying the car was easy enough. Everyone was friendly and couldn’t do enough for you while the sale was being made. Unfortunately, once I’d paid nearly £19,000 for the vehicle, the customer service completely changed.

After driving the car just 20 miles, the engine management light came on. A car with only around 30,000 miles should not be developing faults like this so soon after purchase. I then had to wait weeks just to get the vehicle booked in.

There were also several repairs agreed before I bought the car that either weren’t completed or still needed sorting, including replacing the rear lights, removing scratches, cleaning and polishing the vehicle properly, and replacing the damaged leather around the gear selector.

To make matters worse, I’m expected to travel all the way to Neath to have these issues rectified, yet no courtesy car has been offered. For a dealership of this size, that’s simply not good enough and leaves customers seriously inconvenienced.

The sales team are excellent while you’re buying the car, but the aftersales experience has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. I have completely lost confidence in both the vehicle and the aftersales service. Spending £19,000 should give you peace of mind, not engine management lights after 20 miles and weeks of chasing repairs.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Trade Centre Wales, and if I’d known the level of aftersales support I’d receive, I would never have bought the car in the first place.

Good experience overall, saved money swapping to a cheaper car and got the price and model I wanted. Jake, Ben and Stuart were great help throughout the process.

Only downfall would be how hot it is in the dealership as a customer. Air conditioning Needs to be fixed asap.
