Strictly by appointment but very flexible and no problems being seen. Good old fashioned advice from an experienced and empathetic doctor, who knows her stuff and is willing to work with her patients to meet realistic objectives. I felt in safe hands.

The doctor was so patient and took the time to explain to me the options, their benefits and side effects and after asking about my lifestyle and set up, we decided on the best option for me.

Great clinic! Doctors are lovely and weigh you, take BP, explain medications etc. Everything seems very professional. Currently on Phentermine prescribed by the doctor, I’m over a stone down and I’ve been with them since the end of March. It’s now the early days of May. I attend the Swansea clinic.

Ive been to a previous clinic in the past and found the dr very rushed and disintreseted in your actual wellbeing wich left me a bit worried about the medication. After visiting the WLD and meeting with the dr i was very releaxed as he went through all my medications im currenlty on and assured me they wont interfier and went over eveything with my basic health and my me feel at ease like he genualy cared about me. Ive had the medication in the past with sucsess and hoping they will work again for me fingers crossed.

After years of yoyo dieting and failed each time. I popped in to see the doctors and I have to admit I’m on my 3rd week this week and I’ve lost 1 stone! The food chatter in my head has lessened and I feel great! Roll on that summer bod!!

I have been to Ariba for aesthetics treatments and I find her very professional, personable and patient. The clinic is really welcoming and has a chilled mood. I trust the staff with my care and won’t go anywhere else.

This clinic is has a very friendly environment but with great advice. No question is stupid, they want the best outcome for their patients. Thank you for always been on hand with helpful advise and great treatment programs.
