This company was so quick with everything! From their cash offer for my device which was much higher than a competitor’s to their providing the shipping label and instructions for mailing and the quick turnaround of 1 day to review my phone and complete the transaction! I am very impressed and will gladly recommend them! The sale was completed in 5 days including the weekend! I’m a very happy customer!

Price changed drastically from what was quoted....

I doubt there's any point to this review as the company will refute anything I say. However, I was quoted $70 for my Note 9. It was in excellent condition. They claim burn in on the screen and scratches on the screen. They sent me pictures that don't show anything. They dropped my offer to $10. I accepted it simply because I feared the phone being destroyed in return shipping. Oh, and they cited a missing charger. Logical, since I'm sure they don't have any there. I'll stick to selling on Marketplace from now on.

Very easy and pleasant experience. I contacted customer service multiple times and they were extremely friendly and quickly responsive. I would definitely recommend Whiz Cells when selling back your old device. A++ for sure

I liked the process, except for the final offer. They offered me $15 less because my screen was scratched. But they sent me pics of someone else's phone with many scratches, including on the "rim". I took pics of mine before I sent it in. I had two small scratches. But I didn't know how to dispute it, and I figured the person that made the decision wasn't going to be honest anyhow.

Just purchased a new Google pixel 10, and had a one yr old pixel 8a to sell. The Whiz cells gave me a quote on line, then sent label for me to ship. They cofirmed when it was received, accepted the trade in, and had a deposit my pay pal the next day. Very easy to deal with! And after donating lots of cell phones, tablets, etc, it's nice to actually get some money back on them. Will definitely use again

Was quoted one price for 4 iphones and they received them and only gave 1 amount quoted. Said the other 3 had scratches on sides and battery health was 84%. The iPhones were 3 years old they should have known this. So cut the quote down $220. I should have gone with other company.

Got a lowball comparing to other platform when they downgrade ur devices.

Gave me an offer for $130 for an iPhone XS Max, then later lowered it to $70. Cited minor scratches on the screen that were not there before (I always had a screen protector on).

My experience was awesome! From the initial walk through pricing to accepting the offer was top-notch. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

It would have been less frustrating and more stress relieving to have just crushed my phone with a hammer than to try to work with The Whiz Cells. Their initial offer was low, but acceptable. They then "found" some things wrong with the phone that were questionable and reduced their offer by 90%. This left me with a credit for less than any of their gift card options could be issued for so the whole thing was a waste of time.

I thought this was to good to be true but I was wrong. They offered me the most for my phone and they made the process very easy. My check came in the mail very quickly after sending my phone in the mail. What a nice surprise!

Highest initial resale price but only gave less than half of the actual bid. Seems a little deceptive.

Figured I'd write a review since they're important when it comes to selling used items.

I originally had a pixel 9, but lost it on a trip. I didn't want to buy the same phone so I bought the Samsung 25 ultra and had it for around 5 or 6 months. I had a clase and a screen protector but still dropped it a few times. Because of the protection there werent any scratches or dents. I submitted my phone as a mint (with at least 80% battery) since it was new. I did this because the pixel 10 came out so I wanted to buy that instead. I shipped my item to them and within 4 or 5 days I got my payment with the phone paid at the mint price. There wasnt anything regarding them trying to pay me for a "good" phone or power quality. So I think this place is fair and honest, and I'm glad I got paid what I thought the phone was worth. The amount they offered was also the highest compared to the other places I checked. I'd definitely sell to these guys again.
