They were quick on sending me my money. Sent me a pre paid postage. I like the different options on how you want to get paid. After searching a lot of places, this was the one that came out with the most payout.

The only thing negative I have to say is they said there were scratches on the screen and took off $80. I know i had a screen protector on there and that phone did not have scratches on it. I take great care of my phones.

Everything was easy and worked well. Got the check in the mail about when they said I would for the amount that they originally estimated. Process worked fine, satisfied with the outcome.

This wasn’t my first time selling a phone online, but it was by far the best experience I’ve had. They sent me a pre-labeled package, and on the very same day my device arrived, they examined it and emailed me with their findings. I’ve never had a company respond so quickly. They even matched an offer I received from another buyer and stayed extremely responsive throughout the entire process; if I sent an email, I’d have a reply within the hour. Best of all, I received payment the same day I accepted the offer, followed by a confirmation email to ensure I had received it.

Low ball offer, I wouldn't use them again. My phone worked fine and had a minor crack on the back. Front screen had no cracks and they reduced their offer by $100.

I used this company for the first time and the experience was fast, easy, and very well explained. The company sent me emails letting me know once the order request had been submitted and also the steps to mail the phone. Once they got my phone, they also notified me via email letting me know they got it, and then the final steps to receive the check payment in the mail. This was the option I selected, and I received the check in a few days. Overall, very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Team for making this a very good experience!

Easy process, albeit had me nervous shipping my phone out for evaluation, with no guarantee on payment. The process ended up being so much easier than expected, and they respond fast to any questions. Bryan does great in doing things properly, and honestly 👍

They absolutley bait and switch. Offer higher than rest and then lower offer. I selected good as my phone was in good condition and then next option is cracked glass which it wasnt so i selected good. They came back and said excessive wear due to heavy screen scratches which were in fact very normal wear and tear for a phone that was used for 3 years. I did willingly accept the offer still because i didnt want to wait and honestly typically i would have traded in phone to get new promo offer but this time i got to keep it so at least i got something for it. Im more than willing to share the image they sent to justify lowering the offer if anyone wants to see what they consider excessive wear. Just email me at j.simmons87 @ yahoo. Im sure they will respond to this like they do but just go through the 1 stars review. I used gazelle like 11 years ago 2 seperate times and was paid exactly what they offered. Kinda dissapointed im myself i didnt go with them again. I dont know if anyone else has had issues with gazelle but i know i didnt. I would never consider doing business with this company again. Update to there reply. I sent 2 phones. My phone was in good condition and had been in a protective case the entire time you moron. I have the picture you sent to prove it.

The process was very easy and the process took under a week to complete. I sent two phones in and got paid for both phones in a timely manner.
