This Company is a fraud

I recently placed an order to sell my Galaxy Fold 5 after receiving a quote that deemed the phone to be in good condition. However, after sending it in, I received an email from their representative claiming that my phone had a dead pixel and light scuffs on the body. I suspected they were trying to lowball me, as they offered less than half of the original quoted price. I politely refused and requested the phone be returned.

When I received the phone back about three days later, the screen was completely damaged. I contacted the representative, who absurdly claimed that the damage was due to the supposed dead pixel. I have never heard such a ridiculous excuse to cheat someone. The representative also suggested I file a claim for the $100 shipping insurance, implying the phone might have been damaged during transit.

I am not one to quickly bash a company, but I strongly advise against ever using this company. I share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent business.

Process was very easy which is a solid


Process was very easy which is a solid plus. However like many I felt my phone was in "good" condition but upon receipt was downgraded to "other"... losing half the original offer price.
Convenience led me to accept but I should have shopped around to receive a few more bucks.

Thank you for your feedback. It is genuinely appreciated and taken seriously. The issue with your phone was 2 fold. There are multiple noticeable scratches, but the main driver is poor battery health and will require a new battery. I hope the explanation is helpful. Thank you for giving us a shot.

Received defective phone via Amazon

Received defective phone via Amazon. After repeated
attempts for refund Amazon stepped in to refund my money. It shouldnt have to be like this. This company
sells defective goods and keeps the money.

This is not how Amazon works. If we were at fault we would have to refund you and we would. We have requested to know who the customer is to resolve their issue. They did not reply. This may be a competitor and not a real customer.

Was looking for a site to sell my Galaxy S24 Ultra for the highest dollar and Whiz Cells was THE place! Made the shipping process easy to understand and got paid immediately thru PayPal!

Seems legit they are super picky about


Seems legit they are super picky about the condition and Stated my phone was locked when it was not because they couldn't make a test call? However the screen was darkened on the bottom quarter and i was using the phone prior to sending it to them.
So they were a little dishonest in the review I believe in an effort to pay less. However I did accept the order and get paid.
