Fantastic, friendly and super efficient customer service going above and beyond to get my order to me quickly! Incredibly delicious chocolate. I cannot praise this company and their products enough.

The price to buy one 55g 0% sugar original bar..........the cheapest on the internet that I can find including delivery is £8.98.

Direct from the maker, including delivery, one 55g bar is £12.48. Their minimum delivery charge is £9.99.

So I gave up.

Great tasting and exciting nutritional standpoint, if your gut can tolerate sugar alcohols. (The alternative, stevia still has significant weaknesses. Much development is still needed on gut friendly, holistically beneficial, sugar-free confectionery/food. Apologies, off topic)

Baffling accessibility/business strategy (cost).

How can most people try your chocolate? It creates immediate conflict with new/early buyers.

A purchase has to be mutually beneficial.

Absolutely excellent tasting mint flavoured zero sugar chocolate. The only downside is the delivery costs. I think they’re quite extortionate. Come on wizards I’m sure you could get a better rate. The delivery costs are terrible..

Tried the zero sugar chocolate in an effort to stay healthy. I can not believe how good this tastes. When eating it I actually forgot it was zero sugar. Somehow the chocolate is still rich, full of flavour and morish.

When you're a diabetic, this is a super help with those chocolate cravings and does not affect blood sugar levels.

Love this chocolate and we buy it "on repeat". It is the best textured and tasting non-sugar one we've tried.

I cannot get my parcel delivered. I requested a redelivery but it has not happened and there is no schedule for when it will. The FedEx phone line is totally automated so I can't speak to a person to sort it out.

Best sugar free chocolate I have tasted. Added bonus of different flavours. Just tried the mint, amazing!
