What stood out the most was how he prioritised my needs and circumstances before setting up a payment plan, which made the whole process feel much more manageable and less stressful.

SCAMMERS! AVOID!
They tricked me into believing that Vodafone are their clients and I owed Vodafone money after I had just closed my account with them. I paid Vodafone by DD and presumed my account closed before they had taken my last payment. I only realised Zinc are scammers when they refused to issue me with a receipt I requested and other details didn't add up. My bank has confirmed they are scammers, but because this happened over 90 days ago, my bank won't refund my money. I have lost over £327. :(
