Neil, was very helpful and polite and went the extra mile by providing me with resources and support materials.

Received a email claiming I owe them a Debt, Tried to go on the website which looks like a Teenagers designed, Attempted to put my details in and it informs me there not correct. I won’t be calling and handing my personal details to a stranger either, Looks like I’ll just ignore any further contact.

I have several struggles and they try to work with the client's situation and find a mutually acceptable solution. It's never nice to be in a difficult situation but Zinc truly makes you feel that you are more important than just getting payment whilst still focusing on what is available and possible to get the payment taken care of as soon as possible.

Really pleasant lady, fast and efficient service sorted out the issue in minutes helped with matters outside of the basic issue- much easier than dealing with the company itself.
