First let me say this, customer service is amazing. Part got lost in shipping and they were all over it, shipped a new part and absolutely took care of us.

Secondly when there are no parts at the dealership I would call these guys. Sensor fixed the issue and the truck is up and running could not be happier.

Still have yet to receive purchase or even a tracking number

I purchased a stock Garrett turbo with the wicked wheel preinstalled. (At least I think it had the wicked wheel installed) It came in a stock Garrett box and there were no decals from Thoroughbred Diesel. At any rate, made a huge difference my ‘03 F250 6.0 which still had the original turbo in it. Thumbs up to your customer service staff. They knew I was doing additional work on my truck with a short deadline and went the extra mile to assure I got it in time.

The part I needed showed up when promised and installed easily.

I have a early 99 power stroke and the turbo pedestal fit perfectly

The order was placed on 7/19. Reached out on 7/27 because I had received NO information on shipping or anything over a week after the order was placed. I was informed that it would be shipped by the vendor on 7/31. On 8/3 I still have not received any information on shipping. Complete lack of communication throughout the process has been very frustrating.

Needed to order a Krytonite upper control arm kit. So, I called and a sales person explained that full kits were not available, but I could order all the pieces seperately. So I did, some parts from other vendors.
When order arrived, I recieved a complete control arm kit, extra upper ball joints, and extra bushings.
Price was good. I don't like the fact that I'm paying for shipping parts back.

I ordered an item from their website and they called me to cancel the order, They told me I had ordered the wrong package which is a lie. I called shortly after my order to verify it was correct. Then the rep admitted they had made an error in their advertised pricing and would not honor my order. The manager would only cancel the order and would not work with me on pricing. I consider this deceptive trade practice and will never order from them again.

I ordered the pcv re-route kit (hoses) and was unaware that I had to purchase the valve cover fittings separately. Maybe add a not on that item for clarity. Idk the exact date, but it was around June.
