They threw in an extra pair of whites since i didn’t know my size. Very kind people.

I Ordered a incomplete set of gloves and a couple hours later I was emailed saying that I didn't have all the parts to complete my order.
My first order I had paid for fast shipping so when I found out it was incomplete I thought damn I need to pay for another fast shipping.
A day goes by and I noticed that I was refunded for my whole 2nd purchase pretty much.
So I thought I would just have a incomplete glove set for the event I was going to
But couple days later the gloves came in with everything in the package the whole set
So they put all the stuff I forgot to order in with no charge.

Great products! Had slight shipping issue but they resolved it and got it to me when I needed it!

Order was shipped out quickly and delivered quickly. Everything was well packaged.

The gloves and lights are great! The light are extremely vibrant and provides an excellent show. However, the batteries become unseated very easily which I was able to solve by wrapping them in rubber bands but made it quiet irritating when changing the batteries.

The quality of the products and when I had a small problem, the customer service was so kind and understanding and quickly fixed the problem and got me my replacement fast. Live throwlights!! Love throwlights!!!!

I start off to say I never leave reviews, and I have no ill will towards throw lights and regret to have to leave a one star review of the product I received. 10 year glover and i had a Terrible experience with these gloves. Out of the box over half of the light chips would constantly turn off when bumped or just randomly. Not usable for giving a light show. I even tried replacing batteries messing with the chips and it was just a total mess and a waste of 100 dollars. Ended up having to use lights from other gloves with the only 4 or 5 chips from the throw lights gloves that actually worked. I have had other friends speak highly of this brand, but I am extremely disappointed and not impressed. Never had chips just turn off constantly out of any of the 5+ pairs of emazinglights / glow fx LED gloves I’ve ever had. 1 star

They have always been quick to ship for me, and the quality of their products is great. I've ordered many times, and have never had any issues.

They have wonderful service. They were even kind enough to send me a new size of whites for free rather than having me return the ones that were too big. They respond quickly through email which is how this occured. My man loves their TL slim gloves.

I bought a pair of gloves with priority express shipping for 1-3 day shipping to make it in time for a festival. The gloves did not arrive in time and USPS offers a money back guarantee if it doesn't arrive in time with priority express. I asked Andrew if I would be getting some money back since they offered the guarantee, but he has refused to even answer me. He told me the gloves were delivered on time, the usps tracking CLEARLY states otherwise and he can just click the link to see that. I sent him a screenshot anyways to prove my point and he has still ignored me. Im contacting the states attorneys office to try and get my money back as its straight up theft. I'd buy your gloves elsewhere, they are far from worth the headache and getting stolen from.

Pretty colors and well constructed

I had ordered gloves & extendos but they kept turning off. I messaged them and they helped me by responding very quickly & made it right by sending me batteries & refunding me for the ones that weren’t working anymore. I’m sooo happy to be gloving again! 🫶

I love them... They're simple to use. I love the color patterns, I used to buy exclusively from Emazinglights, but when they closed their doors I was really worried I would never get to buy another pair again. I'm so happy your company picked up where they left off. Here's to your continued success

Despite the situation I encountered with my glove set they were very responsive to send me a replacement glove set as soon as possible once I contact him about mine having troubleshooting problems. I would recommend anybody who is interested into gloving to buy themselves a pair from throwing light!
