Each part you can tell is handcrafted and works wonders! Slowly but surely I've been making custom sets for myself and friends who are interested in gloving and it's been great having everything I need here! :>

I don't put my name on anything, but this company's sticker is literally on the flap of my wallet next to my ID. They send a sticker out with almost every order along with the sprouts. <3 They do very straight forward business and will assist you as long as it takes. Considering how long it takes to fully get the most out of these gloves, that is above and beyond customer service. I've been gloving almost 2 years and I have never had to go anywhere else. The Apollo v2 light shows are unique and add new elements to the art. Insanely specific programming and comfort show out above any gloves I've seen at any festival.

One of my lights broke and I emailed them asking which chip to buy as a replacement and they offered to replace it free of charge and pay for part of the shipping. In addition, one of the white gloves I bought turned out to be smaller than expected and they put in an extra pair along with my next order, which was very nice of them. Overall, I had a great experience and Andrew was very quick to reply.

Throwlights Customer Support is extremely prompt in responding to any question or concern I have had. For example:
- I had a light lose some of it's functionality and I messaged them asking for advice. After briefly explaining the issue, they immediately made my set whole again by shipping another light to me. This was all within hours, and well outside normal business hours.
- I ordered the wrong batteries with my Apollo V2's, so I created a separate order with the correct ones. Afte reaching out to them, they took the initiative and asked me if I would like to combine the orders (and save shipping).

Would recommend if you are getting back into, or just starting to glove.

The chips are much easier to stay out of the way. Batteries last forever. Soooo many settings I'm not sure I know them all yet. Fantastic product.

I was very pleased to not only find materials that have proven quite difficult to obtain, but I was also linked to a video online explaining how to assemble them which helped greatly.

Their website had very clear explanations of what colors were available for purchase, and had images instead of descriptions (which would have been useless).

The website and service, combined together, offered everything a customer would desire.

I would rate Throwlights to anybody who wishes to purchase strobe equipment.

Kept me up to date on the whole process, responded promptly to emails, and send a quality product that works perfectly.

Easy to use best thing I ever bought plur up

Package came relatively quick despite ordering during the holiday time. Got 2 pairs of gloves for my squad and absolutely loved that they sent little sprouts in the pack. Little unexpected things like that show just how grateful a company is to their customers.

My boys absolutely loved the gift and seeing my one boy do glove shows an hour after getting his gift made it all worth it.

5 out of 5 except for shipping delays from USPS.
