We're sorry to hear about your experience.

From your review alone we're unable to identify the order or investigate what happened, as you haven't mentioned the event or contacted our support team.

If you were directed to the wrong event by a link shared elsewhere, we'd certainly like to investigate that, as we have no control over links published by event organisers or third-party websites.

Before completing a purchase, our checkout displays the event name, venue, date and ticket details, so we'd like to understand where things went wrong in your case.

Please contact us through our support centre with your order number or the event name and we'll be happy to look into it and see whether there's anything we can do to help.

As the issue was caused by an incorrect link shared by a third party rather than the Ticket24/7 platform itself, we'd be grateful if you would consider updating your review/score to reflect that. In the meantime, we'd still welcome further information so we can get in touch with the organiser to avoid any further confusion with other purchasers.

We've reviewed your account activity and, while we couldn't identify a technical issue with the registration process, we can see that creating and accessing your account wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. We're sorry for the frustration this caused.

We appreciate your feedback, as it's also highlighted that we could do a better job of explaining the available options during checkout. Customers can choose to check out as a guest or create an account, and we'll be reviewing the wording and flow to make this clearer and reduce the chance of similar confusion in future.

Thank you again for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We're pleased that you were ultimately able to complete your purchase and hope you enjoy the event. We also hope that if you choose to use Ticket24/7 again in the future, you'll find the process much smoother and that we'll have the opportunity to provide a better experience.

Hi,

We completely understand your disappointment regarding the booking fee and appreciate that the event changes were frustrating.

Unfortunately, the postponement itself was entirely outside of our control as the ticketing provider. As soon as we were notified by the organiser, all ticket holders were informed promptly and given the option of either retaining their tickets for the new date or requesting a face value refund if they could no longer attend.

We processed your refund request as quickly as possible and the only amount retained was the booking fee, as outlined in the terms accepted at checkout. These costs cover non-recoverable payment processing and administration charges already incurred on the original order.

The booking fee charged was also lower than many ticketing platforms, as we always try to keep customer fees as low and transparent as possible.

As a small independent ticketing platform, our Trustpilot rating is extremely important to us, and we were naturally disappointed to receive a 1-star review when we had otherwise acted quickly to communicate the changes and process your requested refund.

We’d really appreciate you considering updating your review in light of the above and the overall service you received.
