Would you mind contacting us at ticket247.co.uk/contact to let us know which venue/event this was please, as they may be unaware of our free ticket scanning app which quickly validates tickets and speeds up entry?
We have no control over a venue's choice of door staff, or whether they choose to implement their own entrance procedures rather than the recommended facilities we provide. We would therefore really appreciate if you would kindly revise your feedback score as this is very important to us as a UK based, smaller platform.
I hope you will use us again and have a better experience at your next event :-)

Payment box not user friendly at all
Payment box not user friendly at all. Postcode input easily missed due to the poorly designed interface. Keeps giving error but it does not tell the user that the postcode is missing. It therefore keeps taking the £1 holding fee at the bank end. Very frustrating!
