Scam on a new level!
I was going to buy tickets for Die Toten Hosen and my payment was declined. Later I read on official DTH website that they don’t accept any tickets from handlers and they specifically wrote about Ticketbande. I didn’t pay the tickets but Ticketbande has a policy when you check out you are obligated to buy them. Since then I received 3 Mahnungen and they didn’t accept my arguments about the costumer rights for 12 months (in De you can return tickets within 12 months of purchase). I also provided with a screenshot from the DTH website but Ticketbande refused to solve the issue. Now I am waiting for Inkasso letter and I gonna persist on my rights. Such an awful experience and Ticketbande is scam!

Nie polecam tej strony. W czerwcu 2025 roku kupiłem 2 bilety na koncert zespołu Metallica w Chorzowie na 19.05.2026. Minęły 2 miesiące, a ja nie otrzymałem biletów, więc napisałem uprzejmą prośbę o zwrot pieniędzy. Odpowiedzieli, że szukają. Kolejnego maila z zapytaniem napisałem w grudniu 2025. Odpisali, że nie potrafią przewidzieć, czy i kiedy zamówione przeze mnie bilety zostaną przez dostawcę wyprodukowane (dosłownie). Kolejnego maila z zapytaniem o bilety lub zwrot pieniędzy napisałem w lutym 2026, gdyż muszę myśleć o kupnie biletów kolejowych do Chorzowa i z powrotem do domu. Odpowiedzieli, że jak tylko moje bilety zostaną wyprodukowane, zostanę o tym automatycznie powiadomiony. I wyjechali mi, że zgodnie z ich regulaminem 14-dniowy termin odstąpienia od umowy minął. Potem były z nimi drobne przepychanki, aż poprosiłem prawnika o pomoc i teraz kontaktuję się z nimi przez kancelarię prawniczą. Dopiero teraz, gdy zostali postraszeni, są skłonni oddać mi część pieniędzy, odjąwszy sobie od ceny biletów 40% prowizji. I uwaga! Według ich regulaminu, którego się tak kurczowo trzymają i zasłaniają 14-dniowym terminem odstąpienia od umowy, ich prowizja wynosi 30%! Do tego podczas zakupu biletów nie ma żadnego odnośnika do regulaminu strony, jest tylko checkbox następującej treści: "Zgadzam się na obowiązywanie następujących warunków. Jest to dostawca komercyjny. Dostawca nie posiada własnych ogólnych warunków. Do niniejszego zamówienia mają zastosowanie ogólne przepisy ustawowe". Czyli, podsumowując, robią ludzi w konia. Pertraktacje trwają. Zobaczymy, co z tego wyniknie.

El pago era a ellos no a otra empresa, y nos las entregaron el 25-3-26, después de muchas reclamaciones y decirnos que solo son intermediarios, los asientos estaban en lo peor del auditorio, casi no se veía ni el escenario de lo detrás del mismo que nos pusieron, la última silla del auditorio, la peor, de vergüenza. No recomiendo esta página para hacer compras de entradas para nada, contestan esos sí, pero se agarran a que solo son intermediarios y luego los otros no hay manera de contactarlos. Muy lamentable la experiencia la verdad. No volveremos a contar con ellos para futuros eventos.

Il sito ha funzionato anche se sinceramente nonostante loro mi tranquillizzavano ho dubitato di loro fino alla fine purtroppo in passato Non con loro sono stata truffata con dei biglietti e ero preoccupata se mi era successo la stessa cosa anche se qua c'era gente che tranquillizzavava con le email, ma io e la mia amica che siamo di palermo siamo dovute stare ad attendere fino a due giorni prima del concerto un ansia pazzesca perché oltre il costo elevato dei biglietti abbiamo dovuto prenotare albergo aerei ecc per Barcellona e un amico che non e venuto non avendo il biglietto in tempo non abbiamo potuto rivenderlo e abbiamo perso il biglietto.comunque rimanendo con il dubbio fino alla fine siamo partiti facendo consiliare una gita a Barcellona comunque alla fine sono arrivati e ne è valsa la pena Hans Zimmer è stato favoloso:)

War noch nie auf einem Konzert

Wenn die Bestellung jetzt noch in einem guten Zustand ankommt ,Ist alles wunderbar gelaufen und es gibt 5 Sterne .Bis jetzt alles locker flockig reibungslos:)

Was sind denn das für Mondpreise? Liegen weit über dem Originalpreis. Daher lieber Finger weg!
Bei eventim kostet eine Karte im Oberrang 84,50 Euro, bei ticketande 194 Euro für Herbert Grönemeyer. Noch Fragen. Jederzeit auf den jeweiligen Seiten einzusehen. Sie selber schreiben es ganz schwach unter den überhöhten Preis!
Schade, das Trustpilot diese Bewertungen löscht, nur weil das Unternehmen es so möchte.

SCAM !!! OVER THOUSAND STOLEN.
Ordered tickets for Hans zimmer in amsterdam 2 months before event. The tickets were over one thousand euro for 3. They assured me the had the tickets and that they would be sent on shortly this was a month before event. I asked again to confirm that they had and that they said they would send on shortly. So we booked flights accomodation etc. They never sent on tickets. This is a scam and they are an organisation stealing money from people. Horrendous with shitty excuses like they are only the middle man and that they hired out the securing of the tickets to a third party. Don't touch these SCAM !!!!!

Der Name sollte nicht Ticketbande sondern Ticketbetrug sein!!!
Ich habe für Konzertkarten € 538,- an Ticketbande bezahlt. Leider wurde das Konzert abgesagt. Rückerstattet wurden mir € 203,- mit der Begründung, dass nur der Originalpreis der besorgten Tickets ersetzt wird. Es wurde auf die AGB des Anbieters verwiesen.
