What a great experience!
I ordered two rackets and a set of balls to Switzerland. After the weekend, I was promptly contacted and informed that both items were out of stock. However, they offered me an excellent alternative, which I gladly accepted. The package was shipped right away and arrived within the same week. When I opened it, I was even more surprised to find an extra gift inside. This is what I call a true customer experience! I will definitely recommend them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Good job from Switzerland to padel5.

Alvaro was a great help and even gave me another awesome recommendation when my original order was out of stock, great prices too!

Excelente servicio, tuve que realizar una serie de cambios por fallas del fabricante y los chicos gestionaron todo muy bien y rapido.

Tuve que devolver una pala adidas, ya que tras el primer entreno mostraba una grieta.

Al querer cambiar la pala por otra marca no me pusieron ninguna traba y el trato de Álvaro muy bueno y da mucha confianza.

Foram atenciosos e rápidos. Apesar de uma Pala ter-se roto resolveram o problema de forma simpática, paciente e rápida. Obrigado Álvaro.

Se me rompió una pala y aunque han tardado un poco ha sido por culpa de la marca y no de la tienda Álvaro me ha tenido informado todo el tiempo y dándome muy buen trato.

Pedí un modelo Adidas y no era mi talla. Me enviaron otro modelo y tampoco (la guia de tallas oficial Adidas no corresponde con la medida del pie). Me enviaron otro modelo al dia siguiente de cada reclamación. Todo muy ágil y fácil. Muy buen servicio

Muy buena experiencia, 3nvian a canarias ni 10 días ha tardado en llegar el paquete, excelente experiencia con Jorge me ha ayudado en mis dudas.

Se han portado muy bien, la pala salió defectuosa con el tiempo pero me han gestionado la garantía súper bien.

Ware wurde wie versprochen geliefert. Allerdings war ein Schläger aus der Lieferung nach nur 1 Stunde normaler Verwendung, bereits kaputt (nachweislich kein externer Schaden meinerseits). Man denkt sich, okay ... Garantiefall - kann passieren. Leider wird trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme (und 1 Monat Zeit) keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten! Auf Mails wird sowieso nicht geantwortet.

Update:
Genau heute nach 1 Monat haben wir uns dann doch noch einigen können. 2025 muss das besser gehen, will man seine Kunden langfristig binden!

Mi tienda de padel de confianza. Siempre pido ahí todo lo que uso de padel. Siempre todo correctísimo.

Tuve que mandar una pala por garantía y respondieron bien dándome una solución , me atendió Alvaro y la pala nueva desde que la enviaron llegó en menos de 24 hs

El trato muy educado y cordial, se preocupan por el cliente en todo momento.

Pedi la pala a Estonia y ha llegado en menos de una semana y todo perfecto 💪🏽

Quiero dar mi opinión para próximos compradores, compré una pala de pádel de lo cual a los dos meses se ha deteriorado es una pala de gama media alta de importe 150€ y no se hace cargo de la reparación o el cambio , no obstante voy a tomar medidas con dicha empresa , gracias

- In early February 2025 I placed an order with them (my first) as the rackets (5) that I wanted were on offer (priced at €120 each), even though the shipping cost (€40) was higher than other most other stores.

- After placing the order, the store contacted me to inform me that shipping cost was incorrect, increasing the price by a further 30% (€15).

- Once I had paid the extra charge, I asked the store to carefully inspect the rackets before packing as it would be extremely impractical (and uneconomical) to return any of them in the event of a problem.

- Despite this, the store then sent me a clearly damaged racket (with a very obvious flaw, in the form of a 2cm long wrinkle and dent in the Carbon of the frame, not just the paint) which I reported to them just minutes after the order arrived.

- Instead of offering to replace the racket immediately, as it was their error and the racket was still brand new and unused, they told me that it would be dealt with as a warranty claim with the manufacturer (NOX).

- Just under 2 months later, the claim was approved (after I was told to destroy the racket and send photographic evidence). However they then decided to inform me that they could no longer supply the same racket (now discontinued) and could only offer me something of exactly equal value, despite all of those options now being from lower-end ranges. (The original racket was from NOX's top 'Luxury' line). For any racket that was actually an approximate equivalent, I was told that I would have to pay the difference in price, which in this case would be a minimum extra cost of a further 20% (€25)

- To add insult to injury, they then insisted that I must pay also for the shipping ("as per their policy") of the replacement racket. This would essentially mean that I would be paying around 50% (€60) extra in total just to receive a non-faulty equivalent racket, despite it being their liability, not mine.

- I would not accept this and told them to simply refund me the original price of the faulty racket. They then decided to ghost me for a week, only replying once I messaged all of their contact points, telling them that I would be initiating a charge-back.

- They would not relent though and finally 'compromised' by offering me an equivalent racket and its shipping to me for 'just' an extra 35% (€45) on top of the original price I had paid.

- Having had enough of dealing with this company, I agreed, paid the extra and they shipped me the replacement equivalent racket, completing my order (the package arrived just today), more than 3 months after I had originally placed it.

- Suffice it to say, I will not be using these clowns again under any circumstances.
