Money deducted, no order created, and support ignores tickets! (1 Star)
I tried to purchase a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W for 28.67 €. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account days ago, but due to a website glitch, the item remained in my cart and no order was created in my account.
I immediately opened two support tickets (HT00249 and HT00287) and provided my proof of payment and bank details exactly as requested. Since then: absolute silence. The support team is completely ignoring my messages. No refund, no order confirmation, no product.
Taking a customer's money and then cutting off communication is absolutely unacceptable. Please process my order manually or issue a full refund immediately. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback via my bank and file a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre.
